July 2 2023 My driver just dropped me off at 12:14am. I am the one that called I was stranded in Barrie needing to go to Toronto with my three children. My driver was on time and friendly. Clean cab and the perfect music playing. This was the first time taking a cab in Barrie and such a wonderful experience. Found out my cab drivers name was JD car 88. I'm so thankful for your service. Thank you for getting my kids and I home safely. Also the person who picked up the phone who took my call was very nice.

Almost hit this guy because he jumped out infront of me on Patterson road. He then proceeded to give me the finger (???) Super professional in a company vehicle!

Don’t use this service-The dispatcher was unprofessional/didn’t get a number to call -* the taxi never even showed up ! (Waited 1 hour ) and actually missed the train I was trying to catch.

I've delt with deluxe taxi for years and never had a problem with them. Great drivers and prices. The office is always very polite with me. I highly recommend deluxe if you need a ride!

Worst drivers I've ever seen in Ontario. If you care about your vehicle and getting to your destination safe I would recommend using a different company. Also to mention dispatchers are the worst to deal with on the phone when you have an issue. If I could give less than one star I would worst experience of my life!

I initially booked their services for airport drop off, but cancelled due to change of plans.Cancellation was very easy and seamless. There was no issue at all, even though it was a few hours to pick up time.The guy I spoke with on the phone was friendly and understanding.
