Very Professional ,Great Fast Service

Patrick's techs are very professional in front of our customers and get the job done the first time. They always leave the job site clean so you would never know they did any work.

Highly unprofessional temper tantrums thrown by self proclaimed veteran, employee bill.It was embarrassing to work with him on site, as well as disappointing to not have learned anything, and be treated as a dog from such a highly reputable business.I did not appreciate being cussed at, in front of customers on numerous occasions, or what seemed like purposely embarrassed.I was not treated as a team member, Instead i was met with neglect, and disappointing, silly, explanations that would not be expected from such a business. I had high Hope's when I first became employed but very shortly proved wrong. Especially after asking for my ROE to help me in some financial debts I had collected, which nobody needs during these hard pandemic times.No explanation for termination, or the FRACTION of part time hours, which results me in a now growing debt.I will say they are prompt and on time, and do a very neat and satisfying job when all said & done. But working for them, was a different story. I did not benefit in any way, in fact it was a detriment to my financial stability.
