A pleasure to deal with!Ezra was so friendly and patient with my 500 questions. He answered them with ease which showed me he really knew what he was talking about. I was happy to deal with a knowledgeable person. The selection was great, the pricing is good too. Everything was handled quickly and accurately. We purchased tiles from Kaplan flooring to do our backsplash project. The owner and his staff were really amazing, they helped us pick the tiles we needed including all the necessary accessories needed for our project. The owner was able to arrange the tiles be picked up the same day and the price was significantly better then other places we went to for similar tile.We highly recommend them, Tim was a great person to work with.Thanks Kaplan Flooring

Excellent selection and pricing. No pressure sales. These folks were very patient as we took our time to decide which flooring we needed. We chose a luxury vinyl plank floor which was installed and is amazing! We will definitely purchase from Kaplan Flooring again.

I have been looking for a unique tile all over Ontario but I had no luck. Luckily, I found it here! I was even assisted online and through the phone for me to get one since I don't live in London. My contractor picked it up at the source at its warehouse in Vaughan with the help of Kaplan Flooring. I'm forever grateful! Thank you so much!
