Nicole was great to deal with even though there were a lot of challenges that came up with parts ect... it was problem after problem but in the end Scott took care of everything and went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks!

Although I have not had my appointment with them yet, I had mentioned that I could not get in my passenger side front door. Without even asking more info, Scott told me to stop in and they would try to help. I did and they fixed it without even an appointment or payment! After being told by another ICBC recommended shop that they wouldn't even book an estimate appointment for my 'too old' car, I was really worried. Buzz's put my mind at ease and were so kind! I am totally sold - cant wait for them to fix my car!!!!

They quoted me one price and then when I brought the parts in the price almost doubled! Would be nice if people kept their word. Probably lost any future business.

Thank you Buzz’s Autobody!! You guys have been nothing shy of amazing for more than just the latest work. I was T-boned in December, 3 days before Christmas. Extensive damage to the swamper side of my truck. It took a bit to get in but just due to high volumes of claims and work being done on other vehicles. Buzz’s was always updating me every step of the way from the very beginning waiting period right through to the actual repairs. The finished product looks awesome and as if the incident never happened. Not only that I had an appointment for the truck on a specific day and they worked their A$$es off to ensure completion. I HIGHLY recommend taking vehicles to Buzz’s. Again thank you so much!!

I needed some repainting done on my vehicle. I am a newcomer to Kamloops and researched different auto body shops in town. After deciding to go with Buzz's Autobody, I was highly impressed with the service! They fixed additional minor scratches (not included in the initial quote) at no cost. The staff were professional, friendly and very accommodating.They also did some detailing and cleaning of my car, which I was thoroughly impressed with. I would highly recommend them!!

I took my 2015 Toyota Tacoma in to Buzz's a couple weeks ago on an insurance claim , there were a couple items that I asked to be done outside of the claim which I was happy to pay out of pocket .One of the items was my taillight had all the plastic clips that hold it in place had broken and the taillight was falling out. I called Buzz's 10 days or so before my truck was due to go to them, spoke with Scott to let him know, he said he'd get an after market taillight, I said fine and left it at that.Upon picking my truck from Buzz's I noticed the old light was still in place , I queried Scott on this and was tod that the box of my truck was simply in such bad shape ,his words rotten and rusted away "

Scott is a thorough gentleman. I took my car in for an issue which was resolved in a very professional and cheapest way possible (He did it for free) and Scott went above and beyond in helping me out. I really appreciate this business and him. Will always be my choice. Thank you Scott and team again! Keep up the good work.

They made getting my car fixed easy. Very nice people and good customer service. Very handy that they arrange the car rental with pickup and that you can just drop it off there when you pick yours up, also do the ins payments for you so it's no trouble at all. On top of that they do a good job.
