I’ve been dealing with them for the past year and recently got into some financial issues and I was able to give them jewelry for a loan which was cheaper than any payday loan I’ve ever gotten. They gave me a month to pay it off and come collect my jewelry.Now I completely forgot about collecting my jewelry and almost lost it. And the people here were generous enough to contact me and remind me. This ring has sentimental value and for them to do this for me meant a lot. I told them I could pick it up but it would be at a later date and when I came in. They took care of me. When I say took care of me I mean they took care of me. Didn’t charge me extra and were very nice about being late.Thank you guys soo much. I really mean that. You have no idea the relief you were able to provide for me. Thank you again

Not going to lie, I was surprised to see how fair the prices were. I actually picked up a peice of photography equipment up there for a fair price - my only other options were downtown Toronto, really not an option if you considered my deadline and the commute cost.Friendly staff - hassle free and they accept credit or debt which is really great. Tons of items in the store.To be fair I did not sell or pawn so I can't speak for their offering pricing.Highly recommend a quick visit for items you might be interested in secondhand.

Went in to purchase a PS5 that was advertised on their website and when I arrived, they wanted to charge me a $100 more for it. Very dishonest business

great service, found an Xbox for a great price and it even came with a free game. they also have a wide selection of inventory from games, laptops, jewelery, and even power tools
