I’ve had a wonderful experience with this clinic. The staff is incredibly kind and the OBGYN who followed me, Dr. Hall, was very nice, understanding, professional and super gentle. Really reassured me as a first time parent. The only downside is it’s hard to get someone on the phone, but eventually you do get someone and they’re always understanding. Thank you!

I am a patient in this clinic and never had any issues to schedule an appointment. its been a few weeks I am trying to reach the clinic to schedule an appointment. I am calling and the line keeps disconnecting. There seems to be something wrong with the phone system. Very difficult to schedule an appointment as I am unable to reach the clinic.

I had an overall positive experience at Clinique Ella with my first pregnancy. I had a high risk pregnancy and had to be induced. Dr. Melinda Hall was always so kind, gentle and sensitive towards our concerns. Our appointments were pretty quick but thorough. She is direct and answers all of your questions. Her receptionist was super nice and welcoming :) No complaints!

Worst service ever, Dr Ruitter never explain in the examination, not recommend this Doctor, terrible does not serve well.

Came here for first ultrasound appointment with Dr. Tania Azar, everything went great she answered all our questions and gave good advices. I didn't wait long maybe ten minutes for my appointment. Receptionists were kind and knowledgeable.

All the staff of clinic are super nice and cooperative. They explain every thing very clearly and what ever they can do to provide best services to the patient,they do . I was so nervous when i visit to the clinic for first time as it was my first experience in clinic in canada but they treated me so nicely that now i am very much comfortable in my every month visit to the clinic..even they supported me when i dont have health card ,they never pressurized me to pay the fees in advance. I am very happy with the service and recommend this clinic for pregnancy checkup.
