Are you kidding me?? $18.50 for two six inch subs, one that had the bun sliced so terribly that it wouldn’t have held the ingredients, the other with hardly any fillings at all. Server argumentative when questioned. What happened to Mr Sub? Last time the requested bacon lettuce tomato & cheese, the server was only putting bacon & cheese on it until she was asked what about the rest. You figure when you request a blt with cheese that you would get, well, a blt with cheese without having to remind them about the rest. It’s bad enough how skimpy the subs have gotten but tonight was the absolute worst. The steak & cheese had almost no sauce, the steak looked like dog food, I guess we should be thankful how sparse the ingredients were. Major fail, Mr Sub, you used to be a favourite.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.I came into this location on May 1st around 5pm to redeem a free Birthday sub as well as purchase a second sub. The staff member was immediately not friendly and proceeded to make a Large sub (didn’t ask me the size). While trying to checkout they let us know that it was supposed to be a Small sub, which is something that should’ve been mentioned beforehand. They attempted to redeem the VALID coupon multiple times and when it didn’t work I was told there was nothing else she could do. I left without a sub and didn’t purchase the second.This is extremely poor customer service, as the item was free anyways and I had PROOF that the coupon was valid. Rather than accommodating they left me with no choice but to leave without, wasting ingredients and losing a customer who was really excited about the changes to the menu and excited to come back. I will never visit again.

Place wast not up to par with presentation of food . I had the peppercorn prime rib . It was pretty bland and tasteless . The meat was dry and hard . They didn't put the toppings for the peppercorn prime rib . ... Over all poor . Hence my rating

Been coming here regularly recently and I am hooked on the fresh subs! I’ve been a Subway regular for the past 10 years but have started to notice how my Mr.Sub subs taste more real. I LOVE the spicy sub sauce. The couple that operate this location are very nice! My veggies are always fresh and well portioned. Bread selection is usually good too.

I love Mr. Sub, but this location only ever has 1 person working, seemingly regardless of day or time. Friday night dinner rush? 1 person. Daily lunch rush? 1 person. Unless you're the only person there, expect to wait.I just left there; there was 1 person already at the counter when I entered and 1 waiting ahead of me. Total time to get my order and leave, 23 minutes. So much for fast food.

This location used to be great until new management took over. The man who was about to take my order had just finished a transaction with a previous customer. The man was counting the money and touching it with gloves before putting it in the register. As soon as he was finished, he began making my order WITH THE SAME GLOVES - no change at all after dealing with the money. I asked him kindly if he could switch gloves. He rolled his eyes and eventually changed them, for fresh new order. During payment, I asked for a plastic bag to put my sub in. He threw the bag on the table and went to check his phone, not a care in the world. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Do not eat here !!! I ordered My sub like normal and when the guy cashed me out he kept my the same gloves that he made my sub with on took the money out of my hand cashed me out and then I watched him start making the next person sub without washing or changing his gloves!!!!!! I don't even wanna eat my sub now !!!!!
