We went in Saturday evening after having had some local recommendations.The service was fine. The ice cream, not so fine. First, they didn't keep it cold enough, so it had a gooey, melted look in the tubs--not appetizing. Further, if you ask for a hot fudge sundae, you don't get hot fudge. You get chocolate syrup put in the microwave. It's quite a different taste. (It tastes like the standard Hershey's sauce you get in the supermarket.) Finally, the whipped cream" tastes like non-dairy cool whip

A literal tortuous could serve ice cream quicker than the employees at Cravings. Unless you have an hour to waste, I’d suggest going else where…. like the grocery store and back home to scoop your own (because that would be quicker)

Nice helpful staff. The store has a little bit of everything. Several different flavours of ice cream. From ice cream to fudge and everything between. Great customer service, however place needs updating. It looks clattered inside and is in need of organization. Also, having the label on the containers, like naming the flavours would be helpful. Ice cream has freezer burn, so definitely something they need to attend to.
