Went to the Ladies Car Care Clinic and brought my 16 year old daughter. It was very informative. Was set up so that all could see & hear. Would highly recommend anyone to come to the presentation in the future

So far the best deal at a dealership in Guelph ON. I’m m a person who likes cars a lot and to be honest I change my car very often and I have visited several dealerships here in Guelph and I can say that even though the salespeople are busy they try to ask if you need something or if they help you with something. Unlike others (Hyundai) . Dylan helped me a lot and was at all times going back and forth looking for the best deal together with the manager 100% recommended both Dylan's help and the service at VW Guelph.

Ladies night outWas such an amazing time. Amanda is great. She makes learning about cars fun. She also has some parts with her which really gives you a better visual when she is explaining tips and tricks. It was put on by all female staff which made you feel comfortable.I highly recommend signing up for a night out next time it is put on. Especially if you want to be able to know basic concepts about your vehicle.(waste fluid, oil ,tips for cleaning window,etc). You do not have to have VW to attend.

I just picked up my new-to-me Tiguan from Guelph VW and it was the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Angel was an amazing salesperson who was never pushy and bent over backwards to get the most for my trade-in. Everyone at Guelph VW was helpful and friendly and made the experience stress free. I left a very happy customer with my new Tiguan. Highly recommend Angel and the staff at Guelph VW!

Purchased a 2023 Tiguan a couple weeks back and had the smoothest process to date with a dealership. Phil was a top tier sales rep. My wife and I never felt pressured at anytime and Phil's patience allowed us to make the right decision we needed for our new family. Can't forget to mention that the vehicle arrived weeks earlier than anticipated. Recently purchased a Taos from Guelph Volkswagen and the process from start to finish was extremely enjoyable and stress-free! I worked with Phil and he was great with getting me a car that ticked all the boxes off my checklist. I never felt any pressure from him and he let us take the car out for a longer test drive so I could really get a feel for the vehicle.
