Katie was awesome and did a great job helping me renew my car insurance over the phone! She was extremely personable to talk to, and was understanding when I had to take a few moment to go searching through my wallet for my license. Not only that, but when I was unsure whether I’d want my papers mailed to me or emailed so I could print them myself, she picked up on that and said she would both mail me a copy and email me one as attachment.Overall, a really great experience and an absolute breeze!Thanks Katie!
