Your Pilates Bestie
I started doing Pilates when Kimberly did. She was the best in the class. That was over 20 years ago. I look forward to every class even though there is lots of complaining she is the most encouraging and happy instructor ever. I had heart by-pass surgery in 2018 and without Pilates I wouldn't be where I am today! Trust me it's great fun even if we complain a lot.
