I ordered a gift Certificate for a Birthday Gift on March 29, 2023 and it asked me for a notification date and time on the website.I entered April 1, 2023 @ 9:00 am for the person to be notified of the Gift.It is now 2:00 pm in the afternoon on April 1, 2023 and when i called, The man said it up to the lady who arrives at 4:30 to do it.what was she doing for 3 days prior to today ????TERRIBLE SERVICE>>>>>Stay away from this business..

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and it is definitely one of my favourite spas near me. The atmosphere is really peaceful, the staff is friendly, and their quality is really consistent. You know what you are getting each time, which is hard to find. Great spa!

I have been coming here for years and never disappointed. The place is gorgeous and very calming atmosphere. Facials, body massages, waxing, threading and tinting….I have it all done here and very satisfied!

Amazing service by two wonderful women! My boyfriend and I came for the luxurious couples package and it was relaxing! Definitely will be returning to try out body treatments and my mani/pedi

Booked a couples massage. After waiting 10 min undressed in the room, we finally started not to mention the massage was cut early. One massage was ok the other was not, and ended abruptly. We specifically confirmed that both therapists were RMT when the appointment was booked and at the end of the massage we were told only one was an RMT. Now we must pay $135 out of pocket as our insurance will not cover a non RMT appointment.

One of the best facials I have ever had! I have been to many different spas and have been getting facials for years and they are not always consistent. Mandara Spa provides a facial the way it is supposed to be done! They know their stuff and the place is beautiful. I will definitely be going back!!!

The rmt that did my hot stone massage (I think her name is manjit) was very good. I felt relaxed and totally zen. The spa is beautiful on the inside and I will definitely be back for another massage.

I have been using Mandara Spa’s different services for many years. Mandara Spa, a family owned place, is a sanctuary in which you are always treated as a family member! Prompt service, great staff, professional conduct and most importantly use of most advanced spa treatments are among the reasons I still prefer this spa over the others. Thank you Mani and staff for all the care you’ve been providing!

Such a beautiful place. It's a hidden gem in Woodbridge. The ombiance and service was so welcoming and relaxing. These are professionals and know their stuff and really care. I got a lovely facial and learned so much from the esthetician on aftercare. I highly recommend Manadra Spa and selfishly, I hope they can open a second location on the east side of Vaughan.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you like to throw your money down the toilet :) I’ve been twice to this spa before which is why I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience. I called to book an appointment for a massage four days before their said available time slots. The individual that I spoke with confirmed availability, time and asked for my name and contact information. One would assume that since an employee of their spa confirmed the appointment date and time that you most certainly have an appointment booked (well sorry folks this is NOT the case with this spa! :) They usually call you to confirm your appointment, so when they didn’t, I had assumed they may just be very busy and had forgotten to. Nevertheless, I had a gut feeling that I should probably call just in case. I called to confirm my appointment the day before - no answer, left a voicemail, no call back. Come the day of my so called appointment , I didn’t receive a call to tell me otherwise- I call again because something felt off, I speak to one of their employees who goes on to say oh we tried to call you …( I had absolutely no missed calls nor voicemails) when I asked her to confirm the phone number on file she didn’t even have the correct phone number to begin with. Which means she just lied. Not only was the lady completely absent minded but she began stuttering and then proceeded to say she had someone else to attend to. Truly unfortunate as I had a gift certificate to use at this spa but I rather throw it away then ever experiencing something like this again. I would hope that business like this would take accountability and notify their customers if they f**k up their appointments and apologize to the customer rather than a business who completely lacks professionalism and business etiquette. Mandara Spa, I think it’s time to re evaluate your business etiquette and hire new employees.
