Clean, friendly best place for me to work out

WISH I COULD RATE THIS GYM 6 STARS!!!!!WHAT A FKN GYM!!!Amazing people amazing atmosphere amazing equipment I’m a serious natural bodybuilder and I’ve been to over 300 gyms personally(best Leg extension I’ve ever used, heaviest humbling V squat I’ve ever used, the absolute best and highly maintained cable systems I’ve seen usually can max out every stack at this gtm it’s a serious challenge and lag Pulldown not a chance I can max so progress is inevitable!!!)i personally drove 130KM daily to go here this gym is one of the best facilities I’ve ever been to the owner BAMBI is super nice and genuine cares for all her members!!I highly recommend you go there ASAP and check out the amazing facility

I love this gym and have been a member for nearly two years. I have been going to a gym for nearly 40 years both for personal and competitive training so have experienced many different environments. There is a mature and respectful environment here that makes it easier for all ages to coexist comfortably. Thank you to Bambi, staff and members.

This gym appeals to both advanced lifters and beginners by giving an old school body building feel with a modern touch. There's everything you need to grow or maintain. Open 24 hours a day. Locally owned, private, clean and staff is friendly. 10/10

Great equipment, clean gym, friendly staff. Small gym, so not a huge variety of machines. But the squat rack and bench is very good, they even provide chalk to get in a great lift! Great experience.
