Danielle Vogel was so supportive despite how hard it was to get the perfect crane, they stood by us, helping us find the best crane company, to get a perfect job done. I am so thankful to you n your team. As I never felt along in our swim spa journey.The installers was exceptional, neat, clean job done. Orientation of the spa was super easy to understand. Okay, customer review time... If you’re reading this you’ve probably skimmed through the reviews and have read a few. This is my thoughts on my experience.From the onset with my first interactions with Arctic Spa, excellent customer service, Kayleigh was informative, no nonsense and professional, she knows her products and helped me make an informed decision, also quite a pleasant young lady I might add.Delivery... well my day finally came and I was greeted by Stephen and Rylan, smart efficient and helpful, the dudes know their stuff, I had a blast interacting with them both and they completed thier task efficiently and painlessly... great guys!

We love going to see Chris for our every need regrading the hot tub we own. This is our second hot tub purchased from Arctic Spas and we have always relied on Chris’s help expertise when making our choices. We feel like we visit family every time we go check the water. We have recommended this location to our neighbour and to our family members, both of which purchased hot tubs from Chris and his team. We could not be happier with our hot tub and the experts we have found at the Burlington location of Arctic Spas.

We did our research and visited hot tub retailers in Burlington, Mississauga, Oakville and Hamilton before choosing Arctic Spas in Burlington. This is a Canadian made product, and we chose the spa with the BC red cedar surround which is stunning! Other awesome features include the salt water system and Spa Bay phone App. Skin doesn't dry like it does in other tubs, and daily maintenance is a breeze. Spa Boy provides water readings, and you can can heat your tub from the hockey rink, work or the pub! Installation went smoothly! I waited two months to post a review to ensure it was a fabulous as we were told. They were right! We enjoy our tub almost every single day. Shout out to our sales rep, Shawn, who sure knows his stuff. After care has also been outstanding! Bravo, Arctic Spas, Burlington!!

If you don't really care when you will receive your hot tub or IF you will receive it go ahead and try this company. Their product may be great, I'll never know. Put my downpayment at the Toronto Home Show. Was told 4-6 weeks MAX. May be they gave too much of a discount and didn't want to sell it so low anymore? Because what came next is nothing but frustration. It took 2 weeks for them to even contact me with the financing information, then they have no idea when my tub would even be in production. Then, 3 weeks ago apparently it was in production. The next thing I know, apparently they will be waiting until the truck is full before bringing it to Ontario, but no one can confirm if my hot tub is actually done or not. Chris Homer is not a font of information and just seemed to want me to cancel my order. Because even though they don't give refunds on deposits he is more than happy to make me shut up by giving my deposit back. I even tried contacting the head office in Alberta, no use. Nicole at the head office said on Tuesday morning, I will check the warehouse and find out what's happening in 40 minutes... 3 days later and 3 emails later she doesn't even bother to respond. The ONLY response from her that I got was on Wednesday that someone will be in touch before end of day. Now I am out about $1000 for the pad that I had to build for a hot tub that I will never see and hours of work that I could have spent doing a million other things. I am not impressed and I really recommend that you go elsewhere for a non mythical hot tub.

I was looking to purchase a replacement skin for my Arctic Spa hot tub cover and could not find one in stock locally. Would have been a 3-4 week wait. I called Arctic Spas Burlington and spoke with Jeremy in parts and he was great. I ordered the replacement skin and it was shipped out and arrived the next day - what fantastic service! I highly recommend this company.

If you're looking for service after the sale, this isn't the place for you. Terry in sales was going to price match an in touch 2 for my $20'000.00 hot tub I bought, plus $200.00 in chemicals. (Ignored my emails)The electrician they have charges $300.00 an hour labor, plus $200.00 cash an hour for his buddy that comes with him.Do your research on the electrical installation..You can get a regular electrician 1/2 the price.Love the hot tub. Just don't expect any great treatment afterward. You're just a number.

We bought an Arctic Spa in 2006 (Hamilton location which doesn't appear to exist) and left it with the new buyers when we left Ontario. We were super happy with it. Fast forward and we highly recommended this brand to my sister in law and her husband in 2022 and they bought from the Burlington location. It arrived damaged in January 2023 and the support they've received is nearly non existent. Service didn't even arrive for their scheduled appointment yesterday.We are second guessing purchasing an Arctic Spa in our new home as a result and will no longer recommend this brand.

The team at Arctic Spas in Burlington were excellent in helping us select a hot tub that was perfect for our family. We couldn’t be happier with the tub we purchased and the service we received during our visit. The staff (Chris and team) were extremely knowledgeable about the various models and thoroughly explained the differences between the models that we were looking at so we could choose the spa that met all our needs. The hot tub was delivered and installed on time and they walked us through all the features perfectly. When we go to the store to purchase the necessary supplies they are always friendly and help us determine what we need to keep the hot tub running perfectly. The staff always answer all the questions I have as a first time hot tub owner. We love our Arctic Spa and the friendly service we received and continue to receive at each visit to this location. Highly recommend this location.

We purchased a Custom Kodiak Arctic spa from Shawn that was delivered and installed in September. Plain and simple we love our Spa!! It has the perfect setup of jets and seats and the Spa Boy app makes it so easy to adjust settings like water temperature and maintain the salt water chemical levels. We highly recommend you see Shawn and purchase the best spa on the market, that you will enjoy for many years to come.
