I always come here and order jasmine green tea with salty cheese cap, my most recent visit, the girl was putting her hair up in a ponytail while taking my order and told me there’s no salty cheese cap very rudely then took my cash payment and started making my drink without washing her hands.University location has better customer service, I won’t be coming back here.

*** NEW BOBA TEA JOINT IN CALGARY! ***this place is brand new, their fresh tea was amazing! came here only hearing good things from this place!I was wanting to try something fruity but I got regular milk tea instead for some reason but my friend to the passion fruit green tea and that was pretty good as well!PROS• new boba tea shop• friendly staff• cleanliness• they have a decent sized parking lot on the side, park here if you do go!be sure to add this to your list of bubble tea places to stop and try!!

I only get the crème brûlée milk tea when my husband craves their osmanthus rice wine milk tea. It’s hit or miss. Don’t go at the end of the night before they close. They run out of golden pearls (which is fair because it’d be wasteful if they had a lot of leftovers.) It used to be my go-to but there are far better options out there with more consistency. If I’m spending upwards of $7-8 for BBT, I would really want it to be up to par.

The drinks here are always really well made, and the people there are some of the friendliest people. The prices aren't that bad. The location is well planned out, and there were no mishaps whenever me and my friends go there. The Oreo Milk Tea is super delicious, and there are a lot of add-ons to choose from (including ice cream!). Sometimes they even give you sticker cards to build up for a free drink.

Loved my experience here! The tea is delicious and very creamy- which I definitely appreciate because I find that a lot of bubble tea places can taste a bit watered down. Cups are gorgeous and I like that they’re a bit thicker and helps prevent little kids from squeezing on it and having them explode all over the place. While the price is a little hefty, it’s definitely a quality drink!I would love to see them come up with a rewards program- because that is definitely incentive for people to come back!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Koi milk tea shop. Firstly, they forgot to add my toppings, which made me go back and ask for it. Secondly, I tried their fruit tea with mochi toppings, which tasted terrible, almost like spoiled milk. To make matters worse, they charged an extra 2 dollar for the mochi. I would not recommend purchasing this drink. Overall, the poor quality and forgetful service left me with a negative impression of this milk tea shop.

So one big thing I really liked was their taro bubbles! I think I now like that more than tapioca bubbles!! I had the regular milk tea and it was decent. I want to go back to try their fruit teas and brown sugar milk bbt. There is seating but not a lot so keep that in mind.

A regular bubble tea spot - this place has amazing tea based drinks! Peach oolong with taro balls is a go to! Others that are must tries: the roasted da hong pao milk tea and the osthmanthus rice wine milk tea! If looking for a fruit based drink: the mango pomelo sago with coconut milk is great thirst quencher.Their boba is top notch - especially the taro balls! Staff are friendly and quality has been consistent.

Another new bubble tea place in Calgary! This time, located right next to Sun's BBQ on Centre Street. There's actually an entrance from Lambda Supermarket, when you walk in to Lambda take a left towards the rice section and the entrance should be right there. They are open 12-10pm every day except for Monday and Tuesday.I really like the all white interior, the place looks very clean and modern. I also loved the fake cactus decor along the wall with the booths.I had heard good things about their White Peach Oolong with Cheese Cap ($5.80 for a L). Got it without any other toppings because I wanted to try the drink on its own. I really liked it! The tea tasted high quality and the cheese foam was done well and added a lovely creamy element to the tea (don't forget to mix mix mix!). The more I drank it the more I enjoyed the drink.They also have a loyalty program (buy 9 get 1 free) which is always appreciated! I love that they use cute little koi stickers instead of regular stamps. I can tell a lot of thought went into this business and I will definitely be back!
