I went to Vitality Laser Clinic for laser hair removal, and I am so happy with the results. I’ve waxed for over 20 years with ingrown hairs and constant problems. The hair never gets thinner. I am so happy with the results and tho laser hair removal is more costly at the beginning, 20 years of waxing has added up to no less hair. Laser hair is a money saver in the end. It’s a bit zappy but I find it less painful then waxing.

Vicki at Vitality Laser clinic is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about all skin types and provides personalized treatment based on your needs. Her clinic is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. She educated and provided me with high quality facial products for my acne prone aging skin. Dealing with unwanted skin issues and facial hair is something I’ve dreaded for years and Vicki always made me feel comfortable. Not only is Vicki intelligent but she is honest, empathetic, and kind! The “Fire and Ice” facial by Vicki is the BEST facial I have ever had! It made my skin the smoothest it’s ever been! It was such an awesome experience. Vicki's top-tier equipment, skill, attention to detail, customer service and personal dedication to results put other aesthetic service providers to shame!If you're interested in working with someone who's committed to seeing you get the smooth results you want, Vitality Laser Clinic is the only one I'd recommend.I've tried several other clinics in Victoria over the years for underarms and chest with mixed results, and nowhere near the training or personal commitment that Vicki offers.I was so pleased with the first round, in fact, that we've moved ahead with a full-body project and I'm thrilled with the progress!

Vickie at Vitality Laser Clinic is very professional and easy to talk to. The laser hair removal treatments are quick, relatively painless, and super effective. After only a couple sessions, I no longer need to shave the treated areas, and I’m thrilled with the results. Her clinic has a wholesome, modest, and down-to-earth vibe, which is very comforting. I am currently doing full laser hair removal with Vicki and I couldn’t recommend her more! She’s so knowledgeable and transparent with everything - she isn’t trying to “sell” you on extra add ons and treatments - you can tell she genuinely wants you to just feel your best! The first treatment was a breeze and was not painful in the least. I trust her in taking my skin to the next level!! 12/10 recommend.
