Wonderful & Incredible experience with Hertz Scott Road Branch manned by Paras & Harnoor. I rented Tesla Model Y on 20th June 2023. They are superb in service. They even offered a drop off service to the nearest skytrain station without our asking. 5 star experience. Better than Enterprise specially King George Branch where the manager Manpreet is very non accommodating.Thanks Akshay Malh...

Worst car rental experience I have ever experienced. I was given a car without working windshield wipers, when I called to ask for a replacement I was hung up on. Phone calles went unanswered or not returned for 2 days. I was overcharged and not given a breakdown of charges. No answer was provided. Never again

I had really bad experience with them. The car they gave me had many issues. Its breaks were not working properly, alignment problem and it had engine oil leakage. I asked them to change car many times but they didn’t changed it. Car’s service need to be done so they advised me to take it to car service place but it’s not my responsibility and Moreover, when I told them that car’s engine oil is leaking he advised me to take it to mechanic but didn’t change the car. I had that car for three weeks. I don’t recommend this rental place to anyone.

I have rented Uber cars from this placeI will never rent again.Never.A very small pebble hit the windshield of a brand new Tesla model 3 (2022 model year with only 5000 km on it ) ( teslas have horrible built quality ) which is completely out of my control.They charged me 1000 ( one thousand dollar) plus tax. Hertz have to have extra insurance for the windshield.Side note : DO NOT BUY OR RENT TESLAS. They have HORRIBLE BUILT QUALITY.This red tesla model 3 that I rented had only 5000 km almost brand new. The first very small pebble caused a chip and a crack. Tesla charges 1,500 dollars to change it.I own a 2017 BMW x3 with 185,000 on it. Pebbles and rocks have hit it 15 to 20 times.The worst one is very small chip that DID NOT CAUSE ANY CRACK( caused a very tiny chip.I ended up paying 3470 dollars for 3 weeks and one day . I have the receipt I will email it to whoever wants to see it.DO NOT RENT UBER CARS FROM THIS PLACE.

Very bad experience with them. They told me 11.99 for insurance but later they make a document of 24.99. And I return the suv on two days but they charge me for 4 days. When I inform them for overcharge they agree to refund the overcharge amount but it’s been more than a six months I still did not got my refund. I am continuously calling them but they make some kind of excuse. Sometime they tell me they need to talk to head office. Some time they told me they already refund my overcharge balance and it’s will show up on few days but it’s already 3months after they told me they glad already refunded my overcharged balance but it’s not showing on my account. When I ask about the manager they told me he will be available tomorrow but when I call them next day they didn’t even pick up my call. They are scammer, thief.

They guys provide very bad serviceMostly their cars not working properly if you stuck somewhere they toy there car not will provide you ride and also charge the rent of that day I highly recommend to everyone plz don’t visit to this place choose any other enterprise for car service they guys very rude it’s not only with me also one of my other friend as well it’s now upon you guys want to face same disappointed very bad service and behaviour of staff

Booking was confirmed, after going there they said no car availability. waste of time and money.

Maybe I'm the exception here. Rented the car from Germany cause the Location was 1500€ (really) cheaper than the Airport. Even without insurance since my credit card has great cover. Did not even know where Surrey was before. Got an older Toyota Camry (pictures on Google maps) with a small scratch in the windshield. Took the car to Calgary and Seattle then back to Vancouver. Worked fine, returned to the airport. No complaints about the windshield (was a little worried so I took pics), just paid little extra for airport return and a few hours late. It's surely a small operation and feels somewhat improvised but the price made it OK for us. He guy turned up a little late (OK I'm German) but he drove the car thru the car wash just for me.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked a car from Surrey (this location) to go to the airport. I called them in the morning to inform them I will be coming a little later. When I arrived, they did NOT have a car for me. They wanted to give me a damaged car, which I refused. They then asked if I would rent a pick up truck when I reserved a small car. They spent 10+ minutes trying to locate a car (ex. Calling Uber drivers to see if they’d come back) in Punjabi which I can obviously understand. They were rude and unprofessional. When I asked them why they didn’t have a car for me, the front desk man was extremely rude. He said this is because I came late and claimed I didn’t call him at 8am (when they opened). When I showed him proof I called him at 8am, his uneducated self didn’t have anything to say. He tried to blame this on me when it’s his fault they didn’t have a car for me. I ended up leaving and they did not even apologize. Instead he threw my drivers license and credit card at me and told me to leave. If Hertz gives uneducated, unprofessional and rude people franchises like these, I will never rent a car from them. Such a disgusting experience. How dare they communicate in a language other than English to speak about topics that they think the customer can’t understand? Jokes on them because I could understand and they looked like extreme fools.I WILL BE CONTACTING HERTZ ABOUT THIS. DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY UNEDUCATED PEOPLE RUNNING A BUSINESS ESPECIALLY THE MAN AT THE FRONT.
