I always knew that grain elevators existed, and that they tended to follow the railroad. Getting to see not one, but five, up close, and learn all of the inner workings as well as the history is an experience that I will never forget. A guided tour is pretty unnecessary, because there are posters and signs all throughout. Plus there is a video in the annex that explains even more.i highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.

I must see for travellers across Canada. It's part of our history. Grain is the biggest part of Prairie history.

A great stop along our road trip. I enjoyed self-touring through these old prairie skyscrapers.

So cool to see these all in one place! They are a true prairie landmark. Will return post Covid restrictions to see them again.

Nice to be able to go in the elevators today. I found the adult entry fee to be a bit high for the amount of time we spent inside. But it has a great gift shop!

A great place to stop and enjoy a walk in the past. We were given a personal tour by a very knowledgable guide. We also did much self-touring, there are many posters and signs and a video in the annex which explain much of the history and technology of the elevators. It was amazing being able to see the insides of an elevator and learn how they operated.

One of the most worthwhile stops on our Trans-Canada trip. We were given a personal tour through the beautifully curated galleries, and left feeling much closer to the history of the prairies. The grain elevators are definitely worth the detour!

Be patient. Covid time restrictions and only one tour guide, but lots of knowledge! Worth it
