Ecolofty Green Insulation

We highly recommend Ecolofty. Christina provided us with a very detailed assessment (including numerous photos) for the quote on our attic remediation. She explained in detail the requirements for obtaining BC and Federal rebates and answered all our questions. Her quote was competitive, but in our opinion was of higher value because of the extra attention to detail when it came to air sealing our attic and follow-up. Professionalism was on exhibition every step of the way. From the setup, application and cleanup. Hoses were wrapped in cloth at the corners of our hallway to prevent marking the walls was just one example. We found communication with Christina was excellent. All messages were returned and questions fully answered. As for the finished product we have noticed a big improvement in the warmth and comfort of our home. Ecolofty improved the insulation of our attic and did a wonderful job. They promptly reply to emails, provided a thorough analysis of our attic, respected their timeline, worked hard on the day of the installation, and cleaned everything before they left. Our house is more comfortable now and it was a real pleasure working with them. I highly recommend them.

I'd done a lot of research on insulation prior to contacting Ecolofty and knew what I wanted in order to improve the efficiency of our home energy use. Christina was very forthcoming and knowledgeable about the product and she offered a lot of detailed observations on the condition of our attic space. Needless to say we had our attic insulation increased to R50 and it was done even sooner than anticipated! Our first night we felt like we were sleeping in a giant cocoon. Our home feels so comfortable and is also extremely quiet which is calming. I would highly recommend Ecolofty. Had a great experience with Ecolofty. Christina provided us with a very detailed estimate and many pictures for air sealing and blow in insulation in our attic. She also flagged that our energy auditor over-estimated our insulation R-value and offered to support us to have it changed in order to maximize our rebates.Ecolofty completed the job on time and on budget and were enjoyable to have in our home over the course of the work. Christina provided detailed pictures once the work was complete and gave us guidance on applying for rebates.We are happy with the result, and have noticed what a difference attic insulation and air sealing has made in our home.
