This dealership is very unique in terms of how they approach their clients that I really haven't experienced before. I called same day of my eventual transaction and spoke to Patrick, he told me he doesnt sell used cars BUT he helped and answered all my questions and relayed the message to the used sales person and coordinated the meeting for 7:30pm, Kudos Patrick! First thing, Once my wife and I arrived, they greeted us and asked if we want to be served in French or English, Kudos! Secondly, we went at 7:35pm and they were not in a rush even though our process extended till 9:40pm! Michel (our used car sales rep) was amazing, answered all my questions, direct and open honesty! Kudos Michel, will definitly refer potential buyers to this dealer. The execution of car delivery was fantastic, best experience I've had so far and highly recommend, En Francais or In English!

I was very disapointed with the service from Alexandra she made me come down from Ottawa without realizing the vehicule i was coming to see was already sold. I was then told sorry but if something similar comes up we will notify you. Only after i expressed i wanted to talk to her manager did she all of a sudden decide to find me an alternative. I have also seen her on my previous visit when my husband bought a vehicule from there( service from Marie-Joel was excellent) she was having fun and fooling around in the office. I am really disapointed in her service and her lack of profesionalism i had to ask twice for her to give me the managers contact.

I bought brand new escalade and it has some issues in third row seat belt coming from roof .I went there to fix my car they tell me to make an appointment to fix its three hour job .and I drop my vehicle on my appointment to fix .they open the headliner(roof) and don't fix it properly. They breaks the clips that is holding headliner .they did not inform me about that. And also make its dirty. They don't even clean the car when they finish job. I will post the pictures later..its very disappointing me .I spend more than 100000$ doller on premium car .but they did messy job .it's spoiled my mood .I wanted to complain cadillac

If I could I would give a zero star ...worst salesperson worst director worst sales service.. we went in to purchase an Escalade wasted so much time with this incompetent staff . They have no respect and are liars.The general manager was so rude and impolite.To bad for them we got a way better deal and exceptional service and purchased the Escalade in 3 hours all was Done at the WEST ISLAND DEALER they deserve the 5 stars.

Took my ATS there to trouble shout a noise in the front wheel while breaking... They said they didn't find anything..I paid 90$ ..wasted 2 hours driving there and back to drive back and the noise is worse than it was then when I dropped it. I 'm going back to work next week with a car that has a problem..when it could have been most likely fixed. Everybody was friendly there ..but friendliness doesn't fix my car.

I went on a weekday night. The place is well lit, clean, modern and the receptionist was friendly. I asked to take a test drive of a car and they set me relatively quickly. While i waited. I sat in a few of their cars and was happy to see that even their flagship ctsv was accessible to sit in. When i took the ride with the salesman. I was a little disappointed in the fact that he wasn't bilingual. And that he knew very little about that car. Even basic questions. I guess he was new. He gave me a preliminary (first round)price and took down my contact info.I told him I'd check around. He never called to follow up. I guess they dont need to ?!

Very friendly service but they offer you peanut for your exchange car.Better to say ; we dont take your car as an exchange than giving less than half price of the market.

Great service. They will work with your budget staff takes care of you and has very quick answers by email and phone. Some places take hours to answer these guys got it right!

Great service! Anne-Marie (my sales representative) was the first car sales person that I have ever come across that didn’t make the experience of buying a car a difficult or stressful one. She made me feel like a VIP, was extremely knowledgeable and professional.Caroline (Sales Directior) was also very personable and never came across as pushy or arrogant, like many I have experienced in the past. Plus, she is a fellow golfer ;)Jessica (Credit) was equally a joy to transact with.If you are interested in buying or leasing a Cadillac, I highly recommend you go to Cadillac Laval.
