Don't pay their workers their last week of work when they leave due to health reasons. Given the run around alot when they owe their employees money.

Geat experience buying a home from PVC builders. The owner went above and beyond in helping us secure the house. The quality is great inside the house. One thing only was the back deck was not the most secure and the stairs stated falling away from the house, but it was an easy fix. Would highly recommend this builder. Thank you Phillip.
