Dr. Alison is great but I had several issues with them submitting claims to Sunlife too late after the service date which left me out of pocket for expenses. They also made several erroneous mistakes in submitting claims under my late husband's plan after it had expired. It became increasingly frustrating and difficult to sort out. They don't do direct billing which would have made the experience less cumbersome. Lots of Dentists in HRM offer direct billing. Save yourself the hassle and find one.
