I have attended this clinic for the past year or so. I am very happy with Dr. Veronica Tomcej. She is very knowledgeable and shows that she cares. She has been very thorough regarding my concerns. She is getting quite busy, likely because she is such a kind and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Veronica Tomcej is such a great doctor, takes her time and really cares about your concerns, always punctual as well. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Tomcej should not be dealing with patients that have mental health issues. Her and her staff are very uncompassionate and unknowledeable about how to interact as well as treat people with mental health struggles. She ignored signs of my health decreasing as well as brushed off my concerns regarding my meds not being at the right dosage which lead to me having a full on mental break requiring an emergency hospital visit. All of which could have been avoided if she had taken my concerns seriously and done her job as my doctor. She has also messed up my prescriptions multiple times which I find very irresponsible as these meds are what allow me to function and get through my day to day life which she obviously does not take seriously as 1 day until I was COMPLETELY out of my prescription she still didn’t bother to rectify her own mistakes but instead made me, while I’m at work, call around to fix what was entirely her mistake and her responsibility to fix. Never in my life would I recommend Dr Tomcej to anyone who wants a doctor that takes mental health seriously and cares about the impact they have on their patients because she’s the exact opposite.

I am very impressed with Dr. Veronica Tomcej. A friends recommendation made me aware of her. She is punctual, pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable based on my experience to date.

Dr. Tomcej is detailed, knowledgeable and obviously cares for her patients. She is very kind and punctual as well. The front end is also very efficient and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this office enough.

Dr. Veronica Tomcei is probably the best doctor I've ever had. Very knowledgeable; listens to my questions and concerns without judgement; and makes sure I get as much out of my 20 minute visit possible. Highly recommend her if you can get her.The clinic itself is also nice. Good-sized and comfortable waiting area with pleasant music on, and the standard inspection rooms you see at a doctor's office. Everything is clean and well-organized. I usually go in the morning and there's hardly anyone there when I am.

I am not in Edmonton any more but I was Dr. Tomcej's patient and she's really knowledgeable and caring. She actually cares about people and is very professional. Totally recommended.

I love Dr. Grynoch, I’ve been her patient for almost 20 years. That said I have decided to find another doctors office due to the front end person. I’m having what I deem a fairly serious situation and I called in trying to see anyone there that I can to get a blood work requisition from and maybe some other tests. I called and described one of my symptoms to the person I spoke with and as she’s booking me she says and I quote “you can only come in to show her that issue”. Um, what?! This is a SYMPTOM of something, not the whole issue and that’s the only thing I’m allowed to speak to the doctor about? How will she determine what is potentially the problem from one the one symptom I’m “allowed” to speak only one? It’s ridiculous

Zero stars. What a disgusting incompassionte clinic. This is the kind of clinic that gives free health care a bad name. The older female doctor is evil and cold as ice. I cried in her office while she snobbily quipped about nothing. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I waited 40 minutes (with an appointment) to be told to take some extra strength Tylenol for a pinched nerve. This disgusting old bat could have easily checked the Alberta Health scare records but chose not too and basically gave some nonsense blanket statement regarding policy on narcotics. She could’ve told me that before I sat and explained to her how much pain I was in. She looked almost HAPPY to see me limp out of the office. Absolutely disgusting and passive aggressive behaviour from someone who should NOT BE A DOCTOR.
