What can I say, started dealing with Andrew on a vehicle on April 2nd. First, I was told the vehicle was not in their possession yet and then was told he would send me a few more photo's I requested as soon as it arrived. Then on April 6th I get an email Sorry. We have other sales people here and someone popped in yesterday and bought it". Update April 20th

Elite was easy to work with, accommodating and answered/returned calls promptly.After purchase we discovered one of our key fobs didn’t work and Elite worked with us to resolve the issue .. this is not easy to do.Thank you .. we are very happy with car!

I had a great experience buying a car at Elite. I worked with Mack and I would definitely recommend working with him on your next car purchase. He wasn't pushy, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to work around my schedule. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. The entire team there was great and I highly recommend them.

So, been shopping around and came across this little thing for the wife. First, let me tell you that we went to a few dealerships looking at multiple vehicles and were constantly pressured into something. We came to look at one vehicle, they tried pushing another on us at Terrace Ford for example. When I showed my wife this little bug she fell in love. Called Elite to book a test drive the next day and spoke with Gino. When we pulled in, he came out and greeted us with a smile. Took a copy of my wife's license and handed her the keys. No pressure. Nothing at all. We came back after a good drive and, worked out a deal. Big kudos to Gino, I highly recommend you give him a call for a good quality vehicle at a reasonable price. He won't pressure you into anything. Very personable and not your typical salesman that's just worried about pushing that sale down your throat at all cost.

Must have paid people to write these reviews. They advertise trade in's but wont take your vehicle. Would not answer my calls after i came with a vehicle to trade in.(2009 S450) As soon as i left a message saying i will pay cash, they magically returned my call. Go figure. Sold me a 2010 mercedes GL safety and certified. Only to find out after the first oil change that the oil pan and transmission pan were completely rusted and leaking. Could never have happend in the space of months or even a year. ( just look at the pictures) Im just saying honesty goes a long way. If the vehicle was serviced (certified) that means it went on a hoist and they should have seen that. Wife loved the truck so i bought it for her 23k cash. But hey all car sales men are snakes.

Gino is very helpful and nice guy.I requested the papers for my car bought through from them 4 years ago he responded and sent right away.Very good experience working with them

BUYERS BEWARE! This dealership is super sketchy. They trick you into signing contracts that state the car is sold as is! I bought a 2009 C63 that had a cracked radiator and leaking rack and pinion. I have 8k worth of hidden damage on a car purchased for 22k. There is no after sale support at all. Once you leave the lot, you are on your own. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere the owner is a real crook.

What can I say, not only is it a no pressure sales team, they stand behind their product. Without going into too much detail, there was a slight issue with the vehicle I purchased, and Gino went out of his way to ensure it was taken care of properly, and at no cost to me. He even gave me a loaner car as the issue was getting resolved. I generally buy my vehicles at dealerships, and go through quite a few year after year, but from now on, I'll be purchasing all my vehicles with Elite Luxury Motors. Anxious about buying a vehicle from a used car dealer? Don't be, not from here anyways. 100/100.

Came to this place to purchase a car and never felt so welcome. They didn’t harass me and let me take my time looking around. They accommodated me very well and made sure I was good. Everyone was super friendly and kind. Very clean space. Would highly recommend visiting this used dealership !!
