We had an amazing experience from buying to delivery to installation. Parvinder was our sales rep and he made it so easy and comfortable to decide the appliance we purchased.

I made a purchase of a new refrigerator over the phone in conjunction with the website catalogue of options. Customer Service Rep Sabrina Hammayun was phenomenal to deal with! She helped me make my choice with zero sales pressure, accommodated me in changing my selection after I realized I had the wrong size, and kept me up to date with emails, status and invoices etc. within minutes of our phone conversation. Sabrina was very efficient and knowledgeable.My only issue was delivery availability (not in control of the Customer Service Rep). First, I was informed I could not schedule delivery for 2+ weeks as the delivery company was fully booked". I was then given the option of picking it up at the warehouse myself; which I arranged. But then informed that due to "work being done at the warehouse" I could not pick it up for several days. The day before i was set to go to the warehouse

I enjoyed the experience of working with Coast Appliances to purchase my kitchen suite for a new house renovation. I was referred to Coast Appliance by the contactor doing my house renovations. The staff was very friendly, and the customer service rep., Mansur, took the time to explain many of the features about the appliances and why some appliances would be preferable. Mansur also assisted us with finding items with special discounts available. The delivery delivered the product in a timely manner. We purchased all our home's appliances here (x7) with Parvinder and have been extremely happy with the customer service provided. We had been to several different appliance stores to shop around, including the big box retail stores, and given that we were purchasing a large amount of appliances, we had a lot of questions.
