Arctic Spas of Southampton

Great Customer Service. Arctic Spa is a wonderful hot-tub/swim-spa company. Especially their the only on the market automation water care system Spa-Boy. I have zero issues with my water balance with a very low maintenance from my side. Low chemical level, low maintenance and still great water. My recommendations for the the company, spa and to this particular branch.

Sarah and Tim are absolutely amazing. I have been looking for an Arctic Spa for a number of months and I was so happy to find Arctic Spas of Southampton: There were a number of options for us and they talked through each one. The price was better than any I had looked at and the tub is spectacular. And working with people who are so friendly and helpful makes the process all that much better.

Great Customer Service, from Purchase to Delivery and Installation. 100% happy customer here. Justin the Service tech very knowledgeable and while it was a blizzard out there he was warm and friendly.....Would recommend!!AAA+

Had a great visit to Arctic spa today. Got the chemicals i needed and had great help from the lovely lady that works there. I will definitely return for any of my hot tub supplies.

Whomever the employee is that they have hired -this was my 2nd time dealing with her and she is the most ignorant, unhelpful employee. I have always had a great experience but since she has been there I have let everyone know how bad her customer service skills are. WONT EVER RECOMMEND.

We have owned an Arctic Spas hot tub for over 9 years now. We did our research before buying and have enjoyed it ever since! Tim and Sarah in Southampton have always been very helpful. Thankfully we have only required a couple of minor repairs and they have taken care of things promptly.

Terrible customer service. Wish I'd never purchased from Artic Spas to begin with. If you won't fix your own tubs why would I bother buying from a big name company?If anything goes wrong do not expect them to come and help. Go to Costco and save a bunch of money.I require maintenance on my tub. After not showing up the day they said they would (no courtesy call, I had to call them to rebook) they came a few days later. A tech from a different location came and diagnosed the problem. For several weeks we have been calling and leaving messages and they simply ignore our calls and voice messages and didn't return a single call. We finally got a hold of someone and their solution is for us to fix it ourselves because they don't have the manpower."What is the point of paying twice the price of a usual tub if this company does not even offer service for their own products?Go spend a fraction on a smaller name as these guys do no stand behind their products and care nothing about you after sale."

Had my new arctic spa installed two months ago. During initial set up they identified that the lights didn't all work because the tub was missing a wire. Two months after installation in still waiting.

We’ve been dealing with this store for the past 3 years. We purchased our Arctic Spa Hot Tub from them and they have been servicing it for us since time of purchase. All of their employees are extremely helpful, professional and very nice. We have been very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a hot tub or just to replenish your chemicals. We also get them to open and close our tub. Hassle free and well worth the cost. Thank you Devan, Carrie, Angela and Ben. You guys are great!

Liked a hot tub and we were told it wasn't sold at the time and waited for an email to do our financing. After leaving several emails and voicemails to get the financing, we were then told some one else had bought it. All in all terrible communication.
