This is a review for Happy Crafters. Picked up my order from them a few weeks ago, noticed scratch marks on all of the opal vinyls. I run a small crafting business and CANNOT send out vinyl designs with scratches on them. Attempted to email them twice with no response. Horrible service! Would never order from them again and would not recommend.

Cannot recommend Neil more than I already have! This place is beyond amazing. Neil is the EASIEST going supplier I've EVER dealt with. The materials are the best I've been able to find in all the time I've been doing this.On time delivery? NEVER do you have to worry about this. Most of your stuff arrives early! Quick to respond to emails and is ALWAYS will to answer any questions you may have about his products and how to apply them.His prices are fair and reasonable when looking at other competition.I won't go anywhere else but here for my materials now!

Been buying vinyl and apparel from Neil for a number of years now. For a small business the delivery times are surprisingly fast, and the quality has always been good. Website has improved massively and continues to get easier to use. Shirts have always come in 2 or 3 days after being ordered.

I've been ordering from this business for a few years off and on and they're always amazing. Great prices, excellent quality product, and fast friendly service. They're local to me, too, so I can just pick up my order when it's ready. Absolutely awesome.I recently only needed a small amount of a couple of colours for a personal project and made the mistake of going 'ehhh i'll order from amazon' because the weather was bad and covid makes me anxious. The vinyl I got from amazon was absolute garbage quality despite its high reviews, so I ended up ordering from Flex Heat anyway. Lesson learned: go here first, don't bother with the other stuff!

Such a great company to do business with! The staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful, even when I'm asking what seems to be 100's of questions. They are prompt, communicative, and make you feel important, no matter the size of your order. Even after moving further away, I still make a point to make sure I can drop in to pick up my order whenever I am in the city!
