Alain Gadoury the owner of AG Doors and Condoor is no more than a con man crook. He takes your deposit, is late on all his work and then never delivers. When asked for my deposit back his response was “that’s business and there’s no law against keeping deposits in BC” WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND.

My church in North Vancouver chose AG Doors/Condoor to install both fire-rated panic door hardware as well as 3 fire-rated steel-framed windows. Alain Gadoury is both knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unlike other suppliers, Alain was able to work quickly to meet our very aggressive project completion deadline. As well, he made a number of suggestions that provided both added value,and reduced costs. Also, the work done by his installers was done on-time. We were very pleased with the service provided AG Doors/Condoor, and highly recommend this company.

I ordered a made to order glass and metal privacy screen door and am extremely happy with the quality of the work and with the delivery time. The glass screen is very sturdy and looks very good, as well. It was also made within a very reasonable amount of time and they were in touch with me to send me photos of the progress along the way. Very, very pleased with the service and the work done by the company.

Allain has been a supplier and a verry knowledge and expert in commercial doors for a lot of years. I have nothing but great service from AG doors good prices and we continue to have a good relationship with his company hes honest straight up .he has worked very hard to help and service his client i have recommended him to a lot of people his staff are professionals and great to deal with.

Despicable service. After already paying for the door on the previous day, the owner then tried to put the price up on the day of pick up. This was after learning of my trade and trying to barter with me for my services, which i was not willing to provide for mere pittance. He then became extremely rude and aggressive. The lady in the office however was very polite and accommodating, and refunded my money in full right away.

This company is completely unprofessional and i honestly do not know how they stay in business. We had them install our backdoor and after it broke we tried to have them come back and fix it. They never showed up. I have been contacting the company for over a month now still with no help. Every time the guy says he'll be there he doesn't show up. When i called him out on his unprofessional behavior and the fact that i had been trying to get him out here for a month, he told me to call someone else.Would not recommend or work with again!

We had the worst, unprofessional experience with Condoor. Our doors kept getting delayed and they were the wrong doors in the end. The size and opening were incorrect. Instead of remaking the doors, they made our opening bigger and flipped the doors. This results in water leaking inside the house from the outside. They never owned up to their mistakes and refused to fix the problems properly. We had receipts, emails, and text messages to prove they made the mistakes. Our floor was also damaged during installation. They were unprofessional and it was so frustrating to deal with this company.

I would be very cautious with this vendor. We purchased 3 doors. They said they required a 50% deposit. We provided our Visa card. They immediately charged 100% of the amount to our visa. We ended up cancelling the order a couple of weeks order. Nothing had been manufactured yet so they said there would be a $50 charge only. When they processed our visa they charged $150. We asked them why they charged the additional amount. They did not respond. I would not do business with them again.
