Newish hotel that had issues checking us in with repeated attempts to resolve key card issues.Scotch tape holding up wall paper panels in the hallway.Were there for a basketball trip but not travelling with a group. Was given an unasked for list of rules at check in that was very unwelcoming and a poor way to start a stay.Staff was friendly during stay.Lobby area was nice for sitting and having a coffee. Breakfast was ordinary hotel free breakfast.Have a stay at Hilton Home 2 Suites at end of month, tried Tru to see how it was, won’t be back.

This hotel is SKETCHY!! the manager is RUDE!! doesn't return calls. Extra charges were processed on a credit card that was used to hold a group booking as well as all customers credit cards were charged. Was supposed to credit the overcharged card & ended up charging another room charge. Just under $1000 extra charges on the credit card with the manager giving attitude and still no credit on the credit card. 2 weeks

Booked for a family trip to Edmonton for my daughter's birthday. Specifically chose this do to price and pool. Got in and was told the pool was closed. No one said a thing prior. We were told we would receive a discount due to the issue.Get to the room and they are tiny. No closet, barely room to walk. Beds are horrific and pillows are the same. Reason it's cheap seems to be they spent no money on comfort.Breakfast was pretty good overall for a buffet breakfast. Facility overall wasn't overly clean but not terrible.Would never stay again due to the horrible beds and the fact I was told I'd receive a discount and am still trying to get ahold of the manager as no discount has been given at this point. I'll be going up the chain until I get what I was told.

I come here a lot on business. I am sometimes here a few times a week. For the price it is perfect for me. The area is safe and easy to get to. There are lots of food choices close by. Front desk is always friendly and available. If I ever run into problems they are always fast and efficient with helping me fix it. I will continue to come here as long as they will have me.

The rooms are small, with little storage/hanging space and no in-room microwave, coffee or tea options. You can go downstairs and get those things but the water for tea is lukewarm . The pool is cold and with no hot tub it is not suited for little people. There is no restaurant but you can purchase some food and drink options at the front desk. They do have a free breakfast but not much for healthy options.In our room, most of the floor was cupping so it made a very loud squishing sound when you walked on it. The black out blind was broken leaving 18 of window exposed allowing bright light to enter all night long. The bed platform was broken so when you rolled over it banged. The soap dispensers

Beware of booking or blocking rooms for your sports team or family event. I blocked 8 rooms for my son's baseball team. I have blocked several rooms at different hotels over the years and have never had an issue. They said I had to leave a credit card to hold the rooms (big mistake) and that I would need to call back the Wednesday before the weekend to cancel any rooms that were not booked. I called that Wednesday to cancel any unused rooms and spoke to a lady that said she was new and she didn't have the authority to do that and a manager would call me back. Never received a call. Called back 2 more times that day and the next day as well to never speak to someone that could help me. I also indicated the names of all the families to them and how they booked weather it was online, by points or calling the hotel.I never received a call from the hotel so I assumed it was all taken care of. I did not have a room booked myself as my son travelled with another family.The following week I noticed 6 rooms charged to my credit card. I contacted the hotel 8 different times to try and get some answers. They keep saying the manager is not in but he is aware of the concern. Finally a front desk worker asked me to send in an email. Ironically enough after sending in the email I received a call from the owner of the hotel. He stated that he would make an exception and refund the rooms that were charged to my credit card as they have no record of me trying to cancel the rooms and I could not provide him with a cancellation #.The next day I looked to see if the credit had been applied. NO CREDIT applied but yet another room charge.I have reached out again and sent an email.This customer service is unacceptable and I would caution you on making any kind of reservation.

Nice friendly staff, comfortable bed. We arrived late after a long day of driving and the front desk was very nice and helpful. In room coffee would be great but I appreciate that it is available 24/7 in the lobby.

Rooms were clean and nice use of space for a small room. Lots of storage and the bathroom is a good size. The pillows weren’t good - too soft and they just seemed cheap. Hotel is very modern and has a neat design. The breakfast area doesn’t have enough seating so I hope you like to eat standing up if you do eat here. Or maybe you get lucky and no one else is eating at the same time. The breakfast was decent but they were low stocked or empty on any of the hot items like eggs, sausage and even the bread/bagels section was minimal the days we had breakfast. The pool was nice but had too much chlorine in it. Bring goggles or your eye wash bottle!

I booked the hotel for the location. I’m a diamond member and stay at Hilton quiet a bit. However, the hotel rooms are very basic. There is no coffee machine, no closet, small rooms. My biggest issues was the bed and the pillows. The mattress was awful, the pillows were old, lumpy and falling apart! They should have been replaced months ago!! I found out in the am that there is breakfast but no one told me about me that either.

Clean and modern room, nice bathroom with a good amount of space and towels, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Workers looked like they were trying hard to keep things topped up and tidy. Every counter was clean. Very impressed with the overall experience.
