Blinds To Go

I called Blinds to Go, Hunt Club location for advice on blinds. I spoke to Austin who was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question I had. He was also able to give me other options and considerations. I really appreciated his expertise and I am so glad I spoke to him! He definitely knows his products and knows what he is selling. Great advice, great service and a very patient sales associate! Thank you! I can't wait for my blinds to arrive!

5-star service. Sales person was so friendly and informative, took the time to show us what would meet our needs, showed us accessories etc, explained how blinds are now cordless for safety, but can do chains, electric and remote. Told of us of their current 25% discount and how we can lock it in, how to order swatches for free.We will definitely be ordering and getting our blinds installed from them in the coming weeks.

We highly recommend the Nepean location. Neah is truly amazing, she helped us so much to make informed decisions on this big purchase (new built home). I kept getting mixed up with all these measurements that I presented, but she knows her business, she helped us to envision the options we had; based on what we wanted and we loved her suggestions, and also the tips that she gave us; her attention to detail is impressive. She also booked us with her best technician to install our shutters, James goes above and beyond to make everything P E R F E C T.Overall, we are very happy with Blinds to Go, Nepean, from customer service to completion of the project. Highly recommended - I had excellent customer service when I was there today. Hala and Neha, the staff at the service desk at the back, helped me repair my broken blinds (old blinds from years ago in my home). It was such a small thing and I almost felt embarrassed going there with this little repair but they were able to fix it and they were courteous and welcoming the whole time. Thanks!

This was an in home consultation. a very helpful service.The consultant Cheena was delightful. she was able to make rapid assessments of the windows . I have great confidence in her recommendations, as it is obvious to me that she is a very experienced and intelligent person.She listens carefully to the client, offers many options, and is honest about bad choices.She has a very engaging personality and I felt relaxed in spite of the big project we had ahead of us. I feel I have the freedom to contact her for any follow up. I think she is a great asset to your company.

I was requested to leave a review of my experience here by the company. This easily could have been a 5/5 review. The sales/design staff were amazing and the blinds were made in a reasonable amount of time and look great. I paid for the company to take care of the measuring and installation as the price was reasonable. One of the blinds is not level (off by about 1.5cm, it is noticable) and a second cannot close all the way as the chain was incorrectly installed (did the installer test it?). Unfortunately I didn't catch the errors until later in the day after the installer left. Neither of the errors are huge mistakes, but I would've just installed them myself if I knew this would be the outcome. So to conclude: I do recommend this company for purchasing blinds. I do not recommend them for their installation services.

Amazing experience! Cheena was our window coverings design/colour consultant and the process was very easy and smooth. She was very kind from the start and took the time to explain to us all the options. I appreciated the fact that she guided us based on our needs. We are very satisfied with the price as well. I highly recommend Cheena - you won't be disappointed !

Update - Here is what we learned; The charging cords for the rechargeable batteries are not included in the cost of the roller shades. No matter how many units you have installed, you only get a single charge cord. Two shades, one cord, no wall plugs.SO; With the exception of this information not being included in the sale, everything else about this experience has been excellent. The sliders on the patio (now with the wand!) and the roller shades look amazing, fit the area perfectly and operate really smoothly. We love them.Hi there - we are currently waiting on two pieces that did not come with our installation. The patio sliders are missing the wand and the roller shades are both missing the cords to charge the batteries. Customer service is aware as we have reported this the day after the installation. We were told that both pieces would be ordered, and have heard nothing back.Please advise.Thank youThank you for your quick response. Our order number is 998796
