What an amazing experience! The team is thorough, fast, informative, efficient and so much more. Their services are also VERY competitively priced! I was able to get everything done over the phone or online, which was super convenient. When an issue arose with closing of the house I sold, the team (I dealt with Lianne and Li) explained everything to me and acted quickly to provide a resolution. They also answered all of my questions whenever I had any (lots of prompt and polite email responses to my inquiries). I'm very thankful to this team for a smooth closing and look forward to working with them again for my purchase closing in a few months!

I'll be honest, I first called Li Cheng based on the pricing we saw online, and to my surprise they exceeded all my expectations. Li himself was a really great guy, we were very impressed with our zoom meeting and all the information he provided, and his detailed explanations. I've dealt with other lawyers, and many can be 'excentric', not Li, he was really down to earth and friendly.

Over the past five years I have worked with Li Cheng & his legal team on over ten residential real estate transactions (both buying and selling) and every time they have been conscientious and reliable. Karen Ho and Lianne Campbell were incredibly kind, responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process of closing our house. Li Cheng was also thorough and clear in his communication, and would take frequent pauses to ensure we understood the documents clearly, which we appreciated. Having the ability to review and sign the documents remotely (via Zoom) was also a plus!!10/10 would highly recommend!
