Service de incompétent.Ils m’ont produit une déclaration disant que je doit 2300$ au gouvernement, j’ai appelé puis contester ils m’ont dit que c’est ainsi et pas autrement j’ai fait ma déclaration ailleurs et j’ai eu un remboursement, je retourne chez Hrblock pour demander à être rembourser ils refusent et ne reconnaissent pas qu’ils n’ont pas fait un bon boulot. Il me tient responsable du mauvais boulot qu’ils font et ne s’excusent même pas, j’ai payé 120$ pour un service pas terrible et pas de service à la clientèle ils se foutent des clients

Simply posting to corroborate the reviews around here : avoid this place. The staff will only allow verbal agreements and refuse to write it down, so that they may change the price as they see fit. The staff was intentionally vague about pricing and refused to agree on paper to anything. Do not go there, very unprofessional and lack of basic accounting ethics.

I am aghast by the lack of integrity and poor professional ethics of the staff at H&R Block on King E. I was offered a discount and had a verbal agreement which was later retracted and totally denied. Not only that but it took two entire weeks to receive a written response from my accountant when I disputed their false claims, which delayed my application for the Covid19 stimulus package. They are liars, completely inept and have no customer service skills.

Worst experience with H&R Block. They do not offer student discounts so even if you are a student you have to pay $100.They were rude and although H&R Block offers bilingual service, these guys knew very little English and did the minimum effort to help.

Accueil désagréable, service à la chaîne comme les comptable à très bas prix, pas les même horaires sur leur propre site internet, et mon dossier à été perdu dans un coin, si j'appelais pas au bout de 3 semaines j'aurais eu du retard.Première et dernière fois.

Good service, very efficient. For all your income tax needs I would recommend.For all other financial guidance (accounting, investments, retirement, etc.) I would recommend other specialists in those fields.
