Purchased a can of paint to match the already 8-10 gallons I had previously purchased. The colour was mixed to the incorrect volume, and therefore did not match. I needed one can to complete the project and was pushed back due to the mistake. I returned the can, the color was corrected. I had explained the situation to the store manager. I think at that point something should have been done additionally to lessen the inconvenience. I don't ask for things for free, I paid a premium for this brand of paint. My level of disappointment with this brand will now make me choose a different paint retailer.My 2 stars is based on store hours and replacing the product.

Janine the Manager is absolutely amazing! Her customer service and willingness to help is second to none!! She will spend time helping you find the best colour matches for your house. I consistently make the extra 20 min drive strictly to deal with her and her staff

Not sure which paint to use or what product is best for your project? Zak and Brandon helped me on 2 separate occasions with my projects and their advice made both come out effortlessly and flawlessly. I owe them many thanks for the help and amazing pricing. (Final pictures to come!)

Dulux on Appleby is the absolute best! They were more than willing to help and went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible colours for our project. Tom, the store manager was more than helpful as well as the store associate, Ryan. The two of them provided exceptional customer service where I can proudly say I am a Dulux customer for life.

Best experience with this store. The professionalism, knowledge and generosity of Brandon in particular (the store manager I believe) was exceptional. He had great willingness to help however possible. Alysha was very accommodating and helpful with the whole process. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality paint and superb customer service.

I came to Dulux not knowing that the paint colour I needed was actually made by a different company. Brandon was very honest and recommended that I buy the paint from the original manufacturer even though they're his competition. I really appreciated the honesty! Thanks Brandon!

Lots of paint colour choices to pick from. Great prices when using my CAA card! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Zak was very knowledgeable. The store has all painting accessories that you need.

Long story short, spent over $900 in paint, cleaned, sanded then cleaned walls again and after 3 months or so of just drying since we weren't moved in yet, the paint started flaking off. Every single colour is flaking. I tried and failed to dispute it with the company. I've been told I need to continuously reapply paint when it flakes. We purched the lifetime paint from dulux. The walls of our new home looks terrible. Never again!!
