Fantastic service! Great customer service and very helpful ! PRICES are great I've gotten brakes and pads from them multiple times along with other parts over the years and wont ever go to another distributor! If they dont have it they'll order it for you if they can!

These guys always find what I need. I was looking for a brake part for a 49 year old car. They couldn't find anything. About half an hour later I got a call, they found it. I was so impressed, not many places would have taken up the challenge (it only cost 14 bucks!!).

Dealt with them once, they do answer their phone, they can accurately look up and match parts, and the part obtained did work great - HOWEVER they don't warranty parts sold, and the price wasn't a bargain compared to the 'big guys', their core fee is about 10-15% higher than the 'big guys' and my core was rejected over broken threads -- if you are used to dealing (i.e. have an account or some discount program) with the bigger parts chains and how they handle cores SKIP THIS PLACE, unless they are last resort (i.e. they have stock of something no one else has and you need it NOW).

Always great, right until they aren't! They provided me the wrong part, refused to return it. They used to be the cheapest, but carquest is cheaper and way better service these days. I was a dedicated customer for years, and spend $1000's. I will never return and never recommend them to anyone. I recommend to anyone reading this to not darken their door.*** Adam contacted me about the issue, and it was resolved. Much appreciated!! Great to see in this day and age.
