Great service. Called in the Morning, by the afternoon technician was there and took care of one of our Rentals Dryer. Highly recommended. Will defuse them again for future repairs.

I buy the electric stove.they charge delivery fees but they put it in the driveway they.they said 3 months warranty. They didn't give me the warranty package.

Shout out to Jodie!! He was well knowledgeable about his products, helpful and patient while I decided. He answered all of my questions and more. He showed me multiple products based on my criteria. He wasn't trying to sell the most expensive unit to me. He made suggestions based on the reason why I was purchasing. Highly recommend if you need a refurbished appliance for a rental unit or a temporary replacement. Lots of options choose from.

I purchased a refurbished coin washer and dryer which was delivered promptly. However, when both washer and dryer was delivered in a filthy condition, it was so dirty on the outside. When I opened the washer, the drum was also in poor condition. Brown ring stained around the entire drum, the piece in the middle also had this brown caked on stuff and there was debris at the bottom of the drum. I would not wash my clothes in this and could not leave this for my tenants to use. Still, I thought that if I called the store back, that they would be able to offer a solution. I spoke with Carlos, who was very rude, asking what did I expect when it's a second hand machine". That all second hand machines are like that and I should have bought new! I asked him to mind his tone

Friendly staff, but I was not satisfied with the fridge my landlord purchased there. I am having to throw away food that doesn't keep long in it. the gasket is old and it's separating from the door, and they said it was a factory defectto avoid replacing it.

What an amazing shop. I usually get appliances for my rental units, but I just bought a used dryer for my own home. The guys are really nice and helpful. Delivery was easy. The guys were really nice and polite. I would totally recommend this place for all your used appliances.

I bought a used clothes washing machine a year ago. It was spotless and very clean. I explained that I was taking it to an island 300 miles away and that a warranty would not help me. The owner ran a full cycle through the machine and proved that it ran well and did not leak. A year later it is still in perfect running order. I realize that buying an older used machine has no guarantees as eventually all things wear out and break down. However, the courtesy that was extended to me was exceptional. I will return.

Fred at Appliance Warehouse has a very bad attitude. I brought a coin laundry machine from them couple month ago and it broken. I called to have them to come and fix it, they keep saying the technician will call me back but they never did. I calls days and days and no one come. I feel this is like a set up. They sell broken used appliances, then have their technician come out and charge the fee. However, it's not just that, they also give very bad attitude. This is unacceptable. This type of business should not be around!!!It's a set up!It's a trap!
