I am extremely happy with the computer I have purchased recently. Works absolutely great and I got a fantastic price. I shopped around several different places and even went online but once i came here I was impressed with the service I got. They are very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Do not trust this shop, they stole from my 76 year old mother. Stealing is a crime!They sold my mother a used battery for her computer. When I confronted the owner he became aggressive with me. His employee had to step in to calm him down. He proceeded to gaslight me by saying that something else was wrong with the computer and that the battery he sold my mother was brand new. He obviously was lying to both my mother and me. My mother purchased a second battery from a trusted shop and the issue was resolved right away.I would not recommend this place.

Small little store, but awesome service!I brought my old laptop as it was too slow. They replaced the hard drive with a SSD and now my computer is extremely fast! They even transferred the data from my old computer to my new hard drive. Overall, the turnaround time to do this was only 2 days. My computer works like new again. Thanks guys! You rock!!!

If there is no star I will give them that they are not professional and layers I get pc from them and I’m not good enough to know about this stuff they charge me 1700$ and I find out is all old and is not working well and I they told me that all new but is all old and when I came back to them the owner of the shop start he’s drama I’m not going let it go I’m going to complain at the city and I’m going to share everything allOnline

They sold me a defective product that Hp said needed to be brought back for a refund. They will not honour returns even within 48hrs. Stay far away.Update: this was the laptop they sold me. If this isn't defective then I don't know what is. The laptop was bought via Kijiji as the owner said we could avoid paying taxes this way instead of me physically having to enter the store. Lesson learned, don't listen to companies trying to promote shady activities like tax evasion.

I bring my son Laptop to Pal Computer for SSD upgrade today. The owner is friendly and professional. The price is also reasonable. The owner completed the job in 1 day. Even offer to deliver the Laptop back to my home. Upgrade your PC at Pal Computer. Highly recommended.
