the dresses,shoes,underwear,dildos etc are amazing! the only issue i had here and its been more than once is the quality in the stockings and their size charts you should have sizes for petite and larger bbw women . i got 2 pairs each different occasions and they are very cheaply done. for the amount you guys make with everything else you dont think you would have better quality like the rest of your merchandise? i have gotten alot of stuff from you guys and never was disappointed but i wont be shopping there for stockings sadly and most of the time id buy 2 at a time. simple little change can get you 5 stars.

As the only customer in the shop, I was hoping for a positive experience, but unfortunately, it was far from that.Upon requesting to try on a single lingerieitem, the clerk insisted I leave my purse with them while I try it on. I found this request to be pointless and inappropriate, given that my handbag is my personal belonging and not some backpack. I understand that shoplifting is a concern, but this kind of policy is insulting and a clear deterrent to returning to your store.It would be great if you could review your policies and perhaps consider alternative ways to prevent theft, such as implementing a count item system like Winner does. I believe this would be a much more professional approach than asking customers to leave their personal belongings with your staff.As someone who rarely writes reviews, I hope you understand that my feedback is not meant to take this incident personally. However, I believe that if this kind of treatment persists, it will inevitably offend someone and lead to negative feedback that could harm your business in the long run. Therefore, I urge you to take this matter seriously and take action to improve the quality of customer service in your store.

1 star is too much! Smells like raw sewage inside the store. Terrible staff, very unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about the products. Worst adult boutique that I have been to in all of Montreal. To be avoided. Not recommended. I will definitely never be setting foot in X-Tasy again. If you are looking for a good experience, then this place is to be avoided at all costs.
