Best service! We rented a van to aid for our moving. Fueled it and then they gave us rebate for the excess fuel. Their vehicle is clean and easy to operate. They have friendly staff as well.

I see a lot of negative reviews here but I had a pretty good experience.Van I reserved was there, clean and everything in working order. They did not have the appliance dolly i requested but I bought some furniture straps instead and in hindsight those worked better than the dolly would have anyways.

Excellent customer service, professional and friendly,, diffidently recommend this place if you need to rent a moving truck or U-Haul, I have rented van and truck never had a problem with it. Even more easy if you booked online.

Reserving a d booking online was pretty simple and easy. Slightly disappointing that the quoted price did not include full deposits, bur they where all returned when the moving truck was returned. The staff seemed to enjoy casual dress while some where in uniform but everyone was friendly and informative for sure. Truck was very clean upon receiving it with no odour whatsoever. All in all and very successful and happy experience with U-haul on Millar Ave.4.2/5 would rent again.

I wouldn't have even given 1 star. Reserved booked and paid for a truck and dollie got to location to have a rude woman tell us that our truck isn't here were not getting a dollie due to it being first come first serve after paying for it. After having to call head office just to have them properly process the payment and send us a receipt to send us on our way. Worst location and services I have received from ever.

The excellent staff members were friendly and acommodating but clearly overworked; they were pulled in 5 directions simultaneously the whole time i waited in line. They clearly needed more people in the front (only two in front and one was new/ in training). It took more than an hour at the Uhaul centre to leave with a trailer even though I did pre-check in; I was in line for a full 30 minutes.

Staff member that helped me return equipment was slow and uncaring. They charged me an additional fee without really explaining what it was for. Said my earlier fee was only a deposit and that I needed to pay again. Didn't know i got charged for a full day over being an hour late until i read the receipt online. While that's fair, they could have at least told me.Other than that, place was well organized and clean.

Not helpful at all took the wrong name down wanted me to travel an 80 km out of town to pick up a trailer. And telling me none of there trailers are to go out if town . Making me drive 9 hrs to move my kids out of Saskatoon. Not impressed with uhaul. At all. And not willing to help. I was in line while about 25 Pepe waiting 8n line with only one person working the computer. Will not deal with Saskatoon storage . Eve the lady in the phone from head office eS good and tried to help
