I just picked up my wedding set from Poag and it is BEAUTIFUL! Jenny was incredible and an absolute joy to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend this store and her!

I went to Poags to try and sell a tennis bracelet, 10kt white gold, 2 carats of diamonds, purchased from Michael Hill for over $2000.00, and was given a cash offer of $212.00!!! It was the lowest offer by a lot that I’ve received for it.Minus the shocking offer, the employees were very friendly and the store looked like it had some nice pieces.

This is a beautiful jewellery store that has something for everyone regardless of budget. The staff are very helpful. Check out the estate jewellery. Upstairs are some beautiful gifts. Expert repairs are done on location. Insurance appraisals are reliable. Good jewellery lasts generations and this store has been in the jewellery business for years. It is itself a gem.

I had an amazing experience at Poag’s Jewelers! I took in my mom’s wedding rings, her diamond heart pendant (an anniversary gift) and my promise ring to make a custom ring to fit with my existing wedding rings. I am over the moon with the quality and beauty of this ring. I worked with Denise who took my ideas and effortlessly mocked up a concept for the jewelry maker. The diamond in the promise ring was an off size, so they embedded it into my engagement ring. The symbolism and meaning of the heart, and joining the gold from both my own and my mom’s ring means more to me than words could express. Every time I look at it, see how it tucks in so perfectly, my own heart fills with love. I didn’t know how important having this ring made was until I started the process and I am so thankful that I chose Poag’s to be a part of the process.

Ashley was great! She helped me to get the wedding band I always wanted. Using my original wedding band and engagement ring as well as some family pieces, it looks great. The suggestion of going with the Swiss blue topaz was perfect. The stones look light blue instead of a teal, which is what I wanted! This is the best way to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary!

I appreciated the precautions you have in place for sanitization- that system is very well done and non intrusive. My Fiance is absolutely in love with the ring and can't get any work done from looking at it so often.

Poag's has always been my parents go to jewellery store, so when I moved back to the area they were where I went to have a ring designed with stones from rings I no longer wore. Let me say I was not disappointed at all!!! Jeff was amazing and is so talented! He kept me informed through the whole process of my ring being made with emails. I just picked my ring up and I am thrilled!!!! It turned out better than I could have wished for! The service and talent is well worth the visit no matter how far you need to travel!
