An absolutely wonderful company to deal with, Cheryl, Derek and Mike are all very professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process and cost and replaced our furnace within days. I would highly recommend this company.

During a Mini Heat Wave in Barrie I was referred to Barrie Heating and Air Conditioning by a friend to help me with an AC issue. The technician Pete was extremely professional, knowledgeable and put up patiently with my endless questions & queries. Cam & Pete helped me deal with a Warranty Issue concerning the AC Coil even though another company has installed that Unit. Both Cam and Pete were extremely understanding, empathetic and helped my Wife and I deal with this stressful situation. If these two are a sign of what a person can expect from Barrie Heating and Air Conditioning than I highly recommend you use this company as I plan to moving forward.

After, waiting a month for another company to find a part for our broken furnace the team at Barrie heating and air conditioning we able to find and install the part within 2 days. The tech Cam was great, he sources the hard to find part and was very accommodating with figuring out a good time to install as my wife works from home but had a bunch of meetings. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a great job. Thanks guys

Our furnace stopped blowing hot air on a Thursday night and we called the emergency line because it was after hours. Derek was on call and said he could come right away but we opted for a service call the next day as it wasn't an emergency. We just wanted to talk to someone about coming the next day. He showed up promptly the next morning and diagnosed the problem right away. Unfortunately our furnace is a Trane and the parts for that furnace are not available in Barrie. He dropped us off some heaters that afternoon to keep us comfortable and had us up and running by Tuesday. He couldn't have been nicer. We were very impressed with the service we received.

Everyone I encountered at this company--sales rep, office staff, installation/maintenance crew--was wonderful. They were all professional, competent, and friendly. I recommend this company highly--if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Peter came to inspect the furnace on Friday and found the motor was done, priced out a new and gave pricing for a new furnace. He was thorough and super kind and knowledgeable! Darren and Wes came Monday to install the new furnace, they were awesome and fast! Thank you!!

Barrie Heating and air conditioning are true professionals! Peter was great, He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left!Great service on a Saturday morning emergency call!It is now too hot in the house! He tweaked the two-stage setup, Great job!Can't wait for Peter to return in the spring to make sure the A/C is ready to go!

It seems as though no one wants to pick up thr phone to call customers back here anymore. I called several times and left 2 messages and even called the emergency line and there was still no answer. I understand it wad a long weekend but it's Tuesday today and there's still no response and anytime I needed to call for something in thr past there is always a poor response time. I have a split unit that needs to be fixed for my business to run optimally and I can't seems to get a hold of anyone at front desk.edit: someone from their line answered and got back to me and came within 10 minutes and fixed the issue within the hour. so I'm upgrading this back to 3 stars as finally Pete came through and didn't just fix he issue but his customer service and punctuality was on point. good worker and great service from him. it still a 3 star because again as i said above this isn't the first time I have had a responsiveness issue but at least its good to know their workers and workmanship is good quality.

Our AC broke down during the recent hot wave. I called Barrie Heating & Air Conditioning and they were quick to respond and set an appointment for me. Peter came and he was great! He was very thorough in his examination and allowed me to hang out with him while he was doing his work and entertained all my questions with a smile. He quickly found the issue and stayed a while longer making sure everything was working. He was corteous and explained everything in detail! Would definitely call again for any issues in my home.
