The Urban Dog Dog Daycare

I can't speak enough positive things about this dog daycare! The staff is professional and take such great care of each dog that walks through the door. The various programs and services they offer fit both the needs of myself and my puppy.Pam and her staff assisted with dog training in the early days of dog daycare and have continuously worked to ensure our puppy maintains a structured training program. I highly recommend both the daycare and training packages to any new pet owner as the Urban Dog staff work with your dog throughout the day to do specialized training. All training classes are followed up with weekly 1on1 night time classes for you and your puppy. This is an excellent and well structured program that my puppy and I extremely benefited from!Thank you to the entire urban dog team for your amazing care, Arnie always looks forward to coming back!

Just to be clear it was the employees at the urban dog that gave us the info about the coupons and after being told this they still refused to do anything about it.Yes you are what's wrong with the world. Next time do your due diligence and give the right info instead of lying. Give yourselves a big pat on the back.These people are crooks we donated a couple hundred dollars to the burn treatment society and ended up receiving action packs with coupons for over night stays and day care stays. We were told after we got them that we could use them all periodically just not all at once. We only used them a twice over the past 6 or more months. My wife went to use one today and they told her we're only able to use the 2. So much for this place to donate" to a charity. Lying crooks trying to look good but are just scam artists. You people make me sick and should be ashamed of yourselves . You're what's wrong with the world today. I guarantee this company adds up every coupon they put out and write it off for tax time."

Our boy Artie LOVES The Urban Dog! Bringing him here is a great way to break up his week. He comes home exhausted and goes right to bed. We watch for videos of him playing on the daycare's Facebook Page. And everyone is always really nice during drop-off and pick-up. It's conveniently located for us on the west end / on my way to work. A huge part of Artie's week and we are so grateful to have a place we can trust leaving him at. We also really like this daycare because it's a no-toy zone, so it's totally fine for dogs who might get toy-aggressive (which ours does). They also accept all sizes of dogs with all sorts of behaviours (they will work with dogs who may not be as socialized, to help get them socialized!) Artie doesn't have a socialization problem but we appreciated that when we learned more about the daycare and its services. He is a big dog though and there are some daycares that are small dogs only so it was nice to know he would be accepted here! Thanks to Pam & the team!!

This is the second dog that I have been brought h to The Urban Dog. The staff always have gone above to take care of my Dog.Now, I have being bring my new puppy to The Urban Dog for almost a year. We have completed the Puppy Classes and it has done a fantastic job for Cinnamon. The staff has been working with her and I have noticed a big improvement. I can not find words to thank the staff for everything. I have Boarded Cinnamon there a couple of weekends. The staff have talked very good care of her.I was dealing with another Doggy Daycare at first that was not able to handle a high energy puppy. I always was getting a phone calls to pick up my dog because she was “Having a bad day”. We all know that Boxer Dogs are very high energy for the first two years. The staff at The Urban Dog has been working with Cinnamon and I have not receive one call because of a “Bad day”. This shows that Pam and her staff know how to deal with all types of dogs personalities.Thank you everything and I look forward to dealing with The Urban Dog for years to come.

We were recommended from a friend to go with Pam at Urban Dog Daycare for her training and daycare program, and we are very thankful we did. Frankie not only received training during our private session with Pam, but also during the day while she was in daycare from other staff members. Pam offers a well-rounded program that is worth your investment.One of the benefits that drew us to Pam was that she does non-treat based training. This was important for us because we wanted Frankie to learn how to be a well-behaved dog without having to bribe her to respond. I always felt the training was more for me than Frankie. With Frankie being a puppy, I had a very hard time being ‘calm and assertive’ while correcting her. I’m not the assertive type, in fact correcting Frankie would bring me to tears! Pam taught me how to be calm and assertive so Frankie would listen to me, I’ve learned so much.Frankie has also grown from being shy and timid around other dogs to tail wagging and a smile on her face the moment we approach the parking lot of the daycare! She just absolutely looks forward to daycare and getting to play with her pals and that brings me joy.I would highly recommend Urban Dog Daycare and Pam’s training program

AHH. I can’t express how much gratitude I have for the Urban Dog daycare. Pam and the girls go above and beyond caring for the pups!Not to mention, it is very clean for a doggo daycare!My pup, Blue has been going here since November. Even though, he’s bigger now he’s still respected and exhausted when I pick him up! I know he’s treated well by the staff including the other pups by the excitement he displays when we arrive.I love how they post updates of the doggos on their Facebook page throughout the day.They also provide training, which has done wonders for Blue and I.Definitely recommend this place for training, boarding and daycare!

My dog Max has been going to Urban Dog Daycare for quite a few months now and he LOVES it! We started taking him when my boyfriend left for work and I needed a place for max to burn out all his energy while I'm at work. They have been amazing and have even been working with max to build some good puppy manners. The staff are super friendly and kind! If there is ever any concerns with max, they let me know the moment I arrive to pick him up! There hours are AMAZING and they even let me drop him off 15 minutes early before they are scheduled to open to I can make it to work on time! Its so convenient to be able to board, train, and groom him all in one place! This is the only place i could find an unlimited monthly visits package so i can drop him off as many times as i want in amonth for one price which i LOVE. Can't say enough awesome things about this doggy paradise but if you are looking for a place to take care of your dog, this is the place!

Its a great place to socialize your pets and for them to burn off some extra energy! The pools are wonderful for the pups to play in! My pup, Diesel absolutely loves the water and I'm sure spends most of his time in the pools! Love the pics & videos that they post daily!I would love to see some sort of structures for the dogs to climb on and have more fun with though. With dog daycares being so full for most of them, I would hope to see this one have the option of daycare on weekends as well. You never know if something comes up last minute... then you at least have the option of using the daycare. Overall great place and the employees love all the dogs that come in!! Awesome job people!!!

Saw they had a coupon in the sheet I got from the charity burn treatment donation . However I see that they do not accept bully breeds so will never go here or recommend them . Please as dog caregivers and trainers seek education on all breeds and stop discrimination. So sad.

We love The Urban Dog, the staff is wonderful and take such good care of our boy. I always know he is in good hands! He comes home exhausted and happy every day.
