Styrofoam cups really!? Do you know how bad this is for the earth. There was absolutely no fruit not sure if this is normal or if someone forgot to place an order. The orange sorbet tasted freezer burnt and your handles stick and I couldn’t get the friggen machine to stop loading in the excessive amount in my cup. This much needed dessert trip literally ruined my night. Thanks

Unfortunately, I went to go get some fro yo one night and they were closed (when the hours on Google and their door stated they should have been open)! I am also sad about no red velvet. That's the only flavour I eat!

There are enough flavors and the toppings are good enough. Some of the frozen yogurt has a very distinct ice taste but overall it's a decent place for frozen yogurt if you're into it. The price is really why I gave it 3 stars. I'd eat here if someone else suggests it but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

I went to this location today for the first time and I had such a pleasant experience. The store was very clean and presentable, despite it being busy at the time. I was very surprised to see that all the machines were in working order after having many negative experiences at other frozen yogurt locations. The staff were very helpful and were lovely to chat with. I spoke to the taller gentleman for a while well he helped me select a yogurt flavour. Overall, I would say that this Menchies is the best frozen yogurt experience I've had in London and I will definitely be back in the future. (My son really loved the Reese's Pieces flavor!)

Lots of great flavours, fun setup for the kids and adults alike! The spoons are big bulky plastic but luckily there is a recycling bin just for them. A couple of the frozen yogurt machines weren't working but there are enough others that you wouldn't miss them. There are sample cups so you don't have to get a flavour you don't like. Clean store, friendly staff.

Plenty of parking in the complex and even wheelchair accessible at the door.Plenty of topping to choose from a a good selection of frozen yogurt.The staff were very friendly and accommodating to a couple of newbies explaining how it all works. My Menchie's partner had himself a grand ole time and said he absolutely loved it. Even went as far as to say it was dangerous how much he enjoyed it.Place was clean and seating outside was clean and refreshing to sit at on a warm summer evening.

What’s to say about this place - it’s a chain and there’s frozen yogurt and toppings. Price is slightly high but it serves the purpose if you’re looking for a cold treat.

Pretty average frozen yogurt. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. A bit over priced for what you get. Love that they have bobas but there is much nicer frozen yogurt & ice cream in the city.

Self-served service. Good taste for summer. They have about 7 or 8 flavor and more than 10 topping types
