Went for a shellac manicure & pedicure and the staff were friendly but the quality of the services was the worst I've had at a nail salon in Oakville. I haven't had my toes done in forever and on my toes the nails half way up had grown thicker compared to my last pedicure (think of it as the nail growing out normally then halfway up the toe nail it dips down). They did nothing to address this, didn't buff or lightly bevel the top of them to even them down and I only realized when they began applying polish. I could see (and still do see) a very visible seam half way up the nail even with the polish. I could tell she put on an couple extra of coats to even it out but it's still very obvious - the shine made it more obvious to how uneven the were. I was then handed off to a different person who worked on my manicure. Admittedly my finger nails were short but I just needed them cleaned up for an event but the woman, after complaining about their shortness (they're short but I don't bite my nails or anything like that - I was quite shocked to hear the complaint - I've seen people get shorter done) she barely worked on my cuticles. There was still MUCH more she could have done to them and then she swiped the nail file on each nail only a couple of times. I felt VERY rushed out even though it was no where near closing and I was one of two customers in the shop. The shellac was applied thick and unevenly and the shine on them was warped and awful. I went home and immediately shaped my finger nails better (yes there was still room to shape them more). It was quite embarrassing to admit that my hands and toes were professionally" done. I have never had shellac last such a short amount of time on my nails

This is the only nail salon I will go to in all of Ontario. Best service, best people and the most relaxing experience with the best quality nail art and techniques

My daughter had her nails done today at tip to toe nails spa, Jeff was very professional and more important to us he was very friendly, patient and very considerate. He listened to our request and he took his time to give us exactly what we wanted. The outcome was just amazing nail art. My daughter and I are thrilled. Thank you Geff, will be definitely back.

Jeff did an amazing job on my nails and really made sure that it was perfect. I got my nails done for my engagement photos and he really took care of me and made sure they look perfect! Will be coming back!

They gave me the cutest Halloween nails! I didn’t get his name but I walked in unsure of what I wanted or how to form my ideas into words and he knew what I wanted right away! I got the cutest spider on my left ring finger and these adorable little animals on my right ring finger. The colours and techniques were stunning he was truly an artist and I couldn’t stop smiling! I’ve received so many compliments on my nails and I can’t wait to go back and test their creativity! I am so happy and so impressed I will absolutely be going back. The place had a great atmosphere as well! Very clean, nice people, beautiful lights and music! A lovely establishment I’ve driven by for years and am SO glad I walked in :)

First time to this nice contemporary, clean and very bright nail spa. I am very happy with my nails. That was exactly what I wanted from Jeff. Jeff was amazing and professional with his skills and talent. The services was great and I can’t wait to go back again. I am highly recommend.
