Rude customer service. Tried getting info on a hot water tank and installation and the customer service person only spoke French, was rude and hung up on me before I could finish thanking him for his “help”. Won’t be doing business with them ever.

It was only 3 hours from the time I called until our new electric hot water tank was installed. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The technicians were professional and efficient. Thank you so much for helping us out!

Great service. Was able to get an appointment within 3 days of quote. Price was a tiny bit less than their main competitor AND the technician moved my stacked washer and dryer for me (at no extra cost).

i had hot water tank installed last Fall. The positive one is that the tank installation was fine and the tank has been working well so far. However, i had 2 issues with the company.1. Extra charge ($50 plus taxes) for offering me a water retaining basin at the bottom of hot water tank. The technician told me that it is required by law, which i don't believe such law or regulation.2. The service is not S.O.S. and not 24/7. I asked an appointment at night, but was told that they don't work at night. My appointment was cancelled last minute and got tank installed 4 days later
