I was left with a contractor who did not finish the job. Andrew came highly recommended; I contacted him and can see why. He was at my home promptly the next morning, he has a take charge attitude that comes with confidence, knowledge and efficiency. Andrew is trust worthy and fair. Not only did he leave my yard impeccable he cleaned up the past contractor’s mess!I was really impressed, can’t thank you enough Andrew!

I had a leaky skylight and another contractor suggested that I contact Andrew @ KC. Andrew came out to check out my issue within 24 hours and was friendly and professional. He was responsive to all of my questions, and provided an extremely competitive quote to complete the job (replace existing skylight as well as insulation/sheathing/membrane in and around the area.

KC's Contracting are more than just roofing. Yes, John, Andrew & their crew of professional, hardworking guys have replaced our roofs and did a fantastic job, cost-effectively. However, KC's is also so much more than just roofing. Whether it be soffits, windows, siding and more, they have made many valued recommendations for improvements to our facility, most recently updating all our siding. Job was bang on budget-wise as quoted and completed ahead of schedule. Site was left clean, the crew was always very upbeat and friendly and very respectful of working around our customers, putting their needs first. Thanks again guys, I look forward to more projects with KCs in the future!!

Without a doubt the best roofing company in the Okanagan. This was my first time hiring a roofing contractor and having heard horror stories from others I knew I had to do my diligence in selecting the right company to do our roof replacement. I set out to get 3 quotes but ended up getting 5 in total, as 2 of the companies that came did not have their own liability insurance (why are you here then?). I am very glad that I happened to ask a good friend of mine if they ever had roof work done, and they suggested KC's Contracting & Custom Torchworks. John stopped by the day after I contacted him and from the first 30 seconds of meeting him I knew he and his company were the ones to do the job. I awarded them the contract as soon as I received the quote. It was still a big leap of faith as this is our first year living in our first home and had to drain the emergency fund to get this done. So when Andrew, Brady and company stopped by at 7am sharp on the day they said they would be here and set to work, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. And they did not disappoint! The work ethic of these guys was nothing short of impressive. They barely stopped from daybreak to dusk, and as I was home for most of the 3 day job I was able to observe their attitude, professionalism and camaraderie as a team throughout the day. I learned that two of them are also volunteer firefighters so they understand the science of using open flames around combustible materials, which gave me confidence in their skill with the torch-on section of the roof. The job was completed as promised, and everything we could hope to expect: fair price, reasonable timeline, quality workmanship and a clean site to finish.To summarize, I am a new homeowner and this was my first time hiring a contractor. Getting my roof replaced was a big deal to me. After dealing with KC's Contracting, I would never hire anybody else for this type of job. They gave me the peace of mind I hired them for: a roof over our head. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you!

KC's recently installed torch-on roofing on my carriage house. I was impressed with Andrew's communication throughout the job and that he was on site doing the work with his crew. They are a well-oiled machine and work quickly but maintain quality. The job was completed according to the timeline Andrew and I had agreed on and was billed per the original quote.

Being in the construction industry I have connected with may trades over the years however Andrew and his crew at KC Contracting stood out as one of the best I have worked with. They crew was respectful and professional, the schedule and budget remained as promised and the final project (a substantial torch on roof project) was flawless. We had Andrew and his team to our property to install a new roof. Andrew came up and gave us a quote and explained the entire process to us. They showed up on time and ready to work. The team was experienced and very professional.Originally, we were told the roof would take a day and a half, but the team hunkered down and got it done in a day.
