If I can give more than 5 stars, I would without any hesitation. I bought a fantastic 2009 Mercury grand Marquis from Kraemer Automotive this week. My buying experience was very smooth, Darryl was very friendly and very transparent about what he knows and does not know about the vehicle. Everything he promised to fix was fixed. The pricing was very decent and they delivered as promised. Overall it was a pleasant car experience. This will be the first place for me to look at when the time comes to buy my next vehicle.Thanks Darryl!
