The place is clean and neat but make sure whenever you people leave the room take your belongings out other wise when u call to main desk they lie that u didn't left or forget anything the fact that I forgot my watch I call service and now they dont admit it that they have found it they are so desperate of people forgetting thuer stuff and they get it free wallet or watch Or expensive devices like watch , phone charger or wallet. Take care of yourself people out there

Awesome place with great rooms and service i was looking for a room on the weekend all the places were asking for more than there usual price but they charged me a affordable amount and gave actual service thank you management.

The Room was very clean. I got a room with 2 separate beds (queen size) as per my need. Clean washroom and a basin. Tv and microwave. Also, very powerful heater in both bedroom and washroom, which keeps the place warmer in cold season. No complain at all.

We had a room with two double beds for a family of four. The room was relatively clean and in good repair. There was a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, and air conditioning but no kettle or coffee maker. The double beds are comfortable but most of the pillows were lumpy. The owners are friendly and helpful but the check-in desk is not 24/7. All-in-all, good value and a decent option if on a budget.

Excellent experience as usual. I have stayed with them before as well and our experience always have been wonderful. The accommodation was top-notch, with spacious and clean room that exceeded our expectations. The motel staff was incredibly friendly and ignore the negative reviews but see for yourself how nice the rooms & staff are. We highly recommend this motel to all our friends and family, whoever are visiting Toronto or if you are local wants to spend time close to the bluffs. Highly recommend..5+ Star!

Rooms are always cleaned with options for smoking and non smoking. Owners and staff diligently maintain high standards of service. There usually is plenty of parking on regular days. On holidays or events, you can call ahead and the owners will let you know in advance. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.
