I’ve been wanting to upgrade my Camaro and my mustang to a corvette for a while now and I looked around many dealerships but usually I would end up dealing with rude salesman or with people trying to take advantage of me however this wasn’t the case in here at Riverside. I had the pleasure of dealing with salesman Montana who was kind, knowledgable and very helpful. he made sure to work with me and my budget . I got the car of my dreams now and I’m very grateful. Awesome job guys

Sales department was a breeze. Very good folks to deal with. Lonnie and Taylor kept it simple and made sure I was well taken care of to ensure there will be a return visit with the next vehicle. I just hope part/service departments can keep the 5 star service going from here on.

I recently had my car towed there to get a key for my older car. Prior to losing my key, my car was running good and had had work done on it.My car had to be there for 10 am. When I called before lunch, they still hadn't looked at it. When I went in in the afternoon, still nothing. The service was not great. Seemed like they had better things to do than serve us.After finally getting the key. My vehicle would not start. They said they could scan it at $175 hr and it would take minimum 2-3 hrs to scan.I am totally not impressed.It took 5 minutes to walk to my car get the VIN and another 45 min to cut and program it.

Contacted riverside dodge over the phone, asking about a vehicle that was posted on the website. Had the pleasure of working with Kevin to not only get into the vehicle I wanted, but also coming to an agreement on a fair price. The entire process was fairly simple and we were even given a shuttle ride to anywhere we needed to go while our vehicle was being washed and detailed before we drove home. Would definitely recommend Riverside Dodge to anyone looking into getting a new vehicle. Just ask for Kevin.

I recently bought a 2019 dodge rebel with 40,000km. When I picked it up they were washing it. I said it’s alright because the roads were horribly wet and salted. When I got home I washed it. It was completely covered with tree sap. I phoned them and notified them and they claimed it was my fault for not letting them wash it. I took it for a hood decal and they cleaned the spot which cost 200. They won’t reimburse me or even pay apart. I live 3.5 hours away and they said bring it by and they will clean it which then I’d have to stay in a hotel and take two days off work. I would not recommend this dealership. Was good to buy from them don’t care once you walk out the door!!Just because the owner follows through with a comment and says he will address the concerns does not make it true after todays phone call
