He is the worst driver i met. I have met drivers having their g1 better than ravi. HE DRIVES ON A 60 ON A HIGHWAY EXPRESS. The service is terrible and he tells his customer to shut up when he cannot follow simple google maps directions. He left us on the middle of the road in Montreal with no way back to Toronto. I want to post a 0 star rather than a 1 star.

I have came across Rainbow Charters when I was in desperate need of a bus and they have delivered at a very short notice. Since then I have used Rainbow Charters on several occasions! From day one, Ravi has been more than helpful and very accommodating. Our guests really love the buses and the service!!

Used Rainbow Charter Service to attend a beach trip to Sandbanks which is two hours out of Toronto and our driver Ravi got us to our destination safely. He was on time to the pick up destinations requested and dropped us off with no issues. He waited with is and was social and funny. I would definitely use and recommend Rainbow Charter to everyone.

I hired Rainbow Charter Service to take a group to an out-of-town graduation party. I left plans a little late but response time was really quick. The bus was new, modern and comfortable. I had direct communication with our driver Mr. Ravi who was flexible and very pleasant. Great service, great price. I would certainly recommend this company.

It was a very bad experience with driver ravi he was very rude and unprofessionalHe could not see his gps, so we had to direct him with our gps and by using our phone data to direct him to our locationAlso his driving skills was 0 he could not even drive straight, the bus was swerving left and right on the high which was scary!! And he kept missing road direction and his answer to that was he could t see the gps because of his glasses, even though we still tipped him 150$ on top of the bus paymentAnd at the end of the trip we were emtying the cargo and because we slowHe quick took over and throw all our items on the ground and left this was a very bad experince for pur family and friends
