First of all, the Salesperson showed the only acceptable level of professionalism from this company. We are still in the process of resolving issues with the Company.From the start, the delivery was not only late but the Company never informed us that they will be late. In the meantime, the Company asked us to receive the product with a fork lift when the delivery arrives at 8 AM and it showed up 3 1/2 hours late for the first shipment and then they told that there will be a second shipment will be coming at 1 PM. Absolutely not an acceptable by today's standards.Secondly, the Company does not have ANY installation support. By this, I mean just sending us the installation guide by email is definitely not enough. To pick up these bins by the garbage Trucks, we needed twice the loading area as the traditional system due to the restrictions of movement by the Disposal Trucks. Of course, this was never disclosed until we were informed by the Disposal Contractor.Two bins each were ordered by A&W, Taco Bell and Starbucks under the recommendation from us, the Landlord.We as the Landlord installed all six bins as best as we could for the tenants but unfortunately, the Town of Fort Erie's Planning department has rejected Taco Bell's installation siting that it is unsightly since the only place we could install the bins were closer to the public sidewalk. HHence, we have to remove the two bins, curbing and the paving. We also have to provide a garbage disposal system that works for this Tenant now.In the meantime, the Company offered us that we could buy two extra sleeves at their cost if we needed them to reinstall at a different location. If we took this new sleeves, it could end up costing us well over $ 50,000 for the system after all said and done between the Tenant and us.Elaine, the Salesperson for Earthbin, told us that they will take the two bins back ( the top portions) and give us the refund for the two bins but there will be an EXTRA CHARGE for the transporting them back to the Company's Warehouse.To summarize, the Earthbins will work well in an area where the Disposal trucks has a lot of room to maneuver to pick up these bins and not a tight area such as our development. So, I hope that the potential Earthbin customers will not get a wrong idea about the product.In summary, a terrible delivery service by the Earthbin's Hamilton Dealer and absolutely no guidance for the potential installation pitfalls by either the Dealer or the H.O of Earthbin and no response from the Dealer or the H.O. regarding our $ 25,000 to $ 30,000 repair cost caused by the non-guidance of the pitfalls.I will follow up with the final review once I finalize this problem with Earthbin.Yours truly,Ben
